This house served our stay and family great. Location was great for what we did (some ATV riding, Custer State Park, hiking around Sheridan Lake and Custer State Park). I would recommend this place as a great stay in Hill City!

The property was great. It was very large and extremely clean. Close to all the attractions in the area. Hot tub was clean and nice. Very quiet and peaceful.

This was definitely a place I will return to! It was a beautiful home! The location was perfect to go and explore all over! The home was clean and instructions for everything you could think of where put together so well! It made things so nice for us and we felt at home here. One of my favorites by far!!

Great Cabin

The location is perfect for downtown Hill City, Mnt Rushmore, Rapid City and Keystone. If you are lucky, you will see some deer come through the yard.Clean cabin and organized. The hot tub is also great.

Everything was great. Plenty of room. Lots of dishes.there was plenty of towels and the cottage was very clean. The garage was a major plus . Would highly recommend.

The home itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It’s just outside Hill City and close to many area attractions, as well as ATV trails. The hot tub and grill were a nice options as well. We had ample room for our trailers and side by sides. The room above the garage was great for our teenager!Areas for improvement: WiFi is horrible. Don’t even try to watch tv as it won’t work. Water pressure was intermittent. Communication with the management company was subpar. I think they had an issue with the phones because I couldn’t get through or leave a message when we had an issue with the keypad. I texted them instead and it took half a day to get a response. Hopefully this was just a fluke during our stay.

My only complaint was that we couldn't get the tv to stay on. It kept going in and out with no reception so we couldn't watch any television and the washer stayed on a spin cycle for 30 minutes so we didn't wash any clothes.
