The ranch was a perfect layout for our large family gathering! We spent afternoons in the wonderful pool and evenings having dinner in the large outdoor kitchen. The main and pool house were beautiful, well stocked and very clean. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again soon!

Great property fit 6 families with ease (kids ranged from 7-21). The property is set up for relaxation and the host has thought of everything. This is the first house our group has found which checks almost every box and we’ve been traveling together for nearly 20 years now! Also the first house which everyone suggested we book for next year! If in doubt, book it! It has many amenities, allows you to keep an eye on kids from a large covered outdoor entertaining area just steps from the Guadelupe and a short drive to New Braunfels - all on private acreage with donkeys!

We were a group of friends there for a 40 year high school reunion and this was the perfect house for all of us. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were so nice and both the house and pool house were a great fit for us all. Susanne was very responsive so it was really nice to be able to get in touch with her if we had any questions. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Place for Larger Parties

I have been doing our friends yearly Comal River Float event for 5 years and this was by far the best place for our party of 22. Enough beds, bathrooms, and plenty of food prep areas with 3 refrigerators and a deep freezer to cook for everyone. Highly recommend for a large headcount.
