Very comfortable cottage just a few minutes walk from downtown Monmouth. We enjoyed the very clever, imaginative decorating touches.

This apartment was perfect. If you are visiting somebody who is going to Western Oregon University it has everything you need for a nice stay. The host had shampoo and conditioner and bubble bath, hairspray, hair, dryer, and tea and coffee. It was a great location and easy to access all the college events. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be back.

We were so impressed with the thoughtfulness that went into every detail of our Vrbo stay. It had so many little surprises, like thoughtful gestures that you don’t always find. I won’t go into specifics, but if you decide to stay here, you’ll find them for yourself. Overall, if we ever visit Monmouth again, we’d definitely choose to stay here.

Loved this little house! It was in a great walkable location, but also had plenty of parking right in front. I was able to get ahold of the host very easily and promptly. It was renovated so nicely with a lot of thought put into every little possible need. Very clean and comfortable with many little extras. I am a germ freak and I felt very comfortable, which is not usual for me, so thank you

Check in was super easy , the place is amazing, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you could need and want. The living room is spacious. The futon makes a great second bed, and the real bed is super comfy.street parking is plentiful and the goats are super nice. I literally have nothing else but positive things for this cute little spot .

Perfect location and cozy!

Loved that it was walking distance to pretty much everything in Monmouth/Independence. The studio was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed is super comfy too. Excellent communication with the property owners, and Polly and Tony were so wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return, it's now our go-to place to stay over College Inn (ick, ptooie) for our visits to town. Thank you!

This was absolutely without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed! (we travel a lot!) Location was perfect. I do not sleep very well when I'm away from home, but I instantly fell asleep and slept all night. It truly felt like we were at home. This cute little apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The Wards were perfect hosts. The location is perfect for walking around or drive to close places to eat. It is also a block from WOU so if you are visiting the college, it is within walking distance to everything. We stayed for two nights. Again, you cannot go wrong with this property!!! We give it a 11 out of 10!

We loved staying at this little cottage, walking distance from the WOU campus. Tony and Polly were great to work with. The place had all the little extra details that made it feel like home. The bed, bedding, pillows and blankets were great! We will be back, if we come back to Monmouth.
