Coastal Calm Retreat: Hilton Head Island 2b/2b Villa

Head Island is waiting for you at this updated 2-bedroom villa tranquil retreat with all the essentials needed for a getaway. Feel at home while enjoying the serene surroundings of Hilton Head Island.

Pet (Dog) Friendly Villa: Pitties and Rottweiler's are not permitted in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Be sure to add your pet to the booking and let us know the breed of dog.

With this villa being only a short 10-minute stroll to the beach, and the Dunes House Grill, this villa is where you want to be with all the comforts of home. But you must visit one of the 5 pools - one is about a 30 second walk from the villa.

You will have everything you need for your stay...fully equipped kitchen, including new washer and dryer, fresh bed linens, fluffy towels, and for your convenience, a starter kit of amenities so you don't have to run to the store the minute you arrive.

Master bedroom has king size bed, and second has two queens, sleeping 6 comfortably.

The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and FREE secure wireless internet allows you to stay connected.

A private deck with gas grill allows for additional dining and relaxation under the stars. It also allows a relaxing view of the larger pond with fountain within the complex.

Also included is the FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service that is available April-September. This quick and easy, no hassle service picks you up at the villa and can take you to the Disney House & Dunes House beachfront centers for private beach access, grill and restrooms. Shelter Cove Harbour, mall and plaza are also easily accessed using the shuttle, including the new Kroger Grocery store.

Activities for everyone! Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront clubhouse is a short 10-minute walk, with Big Jims BBQ located inside. Palmetto Dunes Tennis, bikes, canoes, kayaks and fishing gear rentals available minutes away from our villa. Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is located mid-island and is so convenient to everything.

Cute place and very clean. Very relaxing. Had everything we needed. Loved the view of the pond with the birds. Had plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog. Stores and beaches were easy to get to.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent vacation here! The condo was so clean, perfect space for our family, well-equipped with essentials, and had a lovely back deck for enjoying the beautiful HHI weather! The hosts were incredibly prompt and helpful with responding to all questions, of which there were few. We will stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Villa, Great Location

This villa has everything you want and need for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Wonderful, spacious layout for a family with young or older kids. Fully updated throughout, nicely furnished and decorated, and so clean. The location is fantastic: corner unit with a great pond view, easy access to the beach (walk or get a ride with the free and convenient shuttle) and a very easy drive to a new Kroger, restaurants, and shopping. It was such a delight to stay here. We loved this villa and highly recommend it!

We found the property very clean. We loved that we it was pet friendly because our pet did great at the beach. The living area was spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Thanks for all your hard work. The check in was a little confusing as we didn't know where to check in at. It worked out fine though. Only suggestion would be to have additional shower soap available to guests.

Property had a great location for us. Very central to everything we wanted to do and the beaches we went to were a short drive away. Really liked all the trails on the property and how they connected to the rest of the island. Unit was clean when we first got there a couple things could be updated but very spacious rooms. Overall had a great experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very responsive for any possible issues you may have and even has a family member very close by in the event something needs to be addressed. The location is great, right next to one of the ponds and bike racks are plentiful. In addition, the owners had many items for our family to enjoy at the beach, which was a massive bonus. The place overall was very clean. You do have to remember that all these homes are located in the coastal south, so you may find bugs here and there. The kitchen was very well stocked and the furniture was mostly very comfortable. My only complaint, and this is a personal complaint, would be the hardness of the beds. They are VERY hard. Luckily, there was a foam pad, which helped. If you are someone who likes a hard bed, you’ll love it! We will absolutely stay again if it’s available!

"We stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—exactly as described. Close and easy access to the beach. The resort is well maintained and offers many activities. The neighborhood section was peaceful and safe. The host went above explaining the rules and regulations of the resort and home. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. We would absolutely stay here again!"
