The Space

Our property is located at The Royal Garden Resort, 440 Olohana Street, 17th Floor.

Off street FREE offsite carport parking is available just a 3-minute walk away on the same street, 3 blocks from the property. Located in a residential building, it offers 24/7 access.

We also offer paid valet parking in the building for $50 per night or $5 per hour, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the lobby.

The property provides 24/7 security. 24-Hour Front Desk available to assist with any questions or needs.

Incredible stay!

We stayed for a week & this place had it all and so much more! The views were awesome and location was right where we wanted it to be, one street down to land ourselves on Main Street Waikīkī area. Host had beach chairs and accessories available for use as well, so that was pretty neat. It was clean and so cozy. Definitely recommend staying here if looking to stay in Oahu. You get the city life and nature in one! Overall a beautiful place to stay.

I really liked everything about our stay, clean, easy access when arriving. Free washing and drying at the hotel just need to buy your own detergent and get card from the front desk. Bed was so comfortable would knock out after long day of walking. Son slept on the couch no complaints. AC was cold, kitchen had everything we needed. Pretty much close to everything walking or driving. Loved waking up and sitting at porch great site. The only thing is the parking wish it was little closer however was better than paying 50 a day for parking. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Rental was very nice inside and had everything we needed. We saved a ton of money by cooking most of our own meals. They have 2 gas grills down stairs by the pool that is free to use. It has a free laundry room but is very busy. The parking spot was too tight to park comfortably park the mid sized SUV that we rented and ended up trading it for a smaller vehicle. I think it was mentioned in the property description so we were already warned. It is a very short walk to everything in the area. We picked up most of our groceries at Walmart in Pearl and they left you use the bellhop cart to hall your things upstairs. They allow food deliveries to your door.
