About this property

[First minute %] Authentic stone house with pool

[First Minute discount -15% for all reservations in season 2021 - included in the price]

Old stone house built in 1854. completely renovated in 2015. It is located in peaceful and idyllic small town Zezevica in Central Dalmatia. House is for your use only.

The house has 2 floors. Modern kitchen, living room and bathroom are situated on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has double bed 160x200cm and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room is a couch which can be an additional bed for 1 person (not expandable).

The pool, outdoor fireplace and outdoor seating area are located in front of the house. There are deck chairs, loungers and swings by the pool. The swimming pool is shared with another house but space is large enough for everyone to feel very comfortable :)

There is another house for rent close to the house. It is the house on the right (in the photos). That house is also available for rent.

We are happy to organize daily activities according to your wishes - horse riding, local gastronomy tasting, bike rent, visiting local and cultural sites, rafting, hiking etc.

Gorgeous relaxing beautiful

This was perfect for us. Vicko and family were so welcoming and helpful and really kind. The pool is heaven and loads of space so you don’t feel too close to the other people although we were lucky and the kids all got on. The place is clean, simple, cool and everything could could need is provided. Make sure you get fruit from the people In lay-bys and the honey is gorgeous! Our favourite place was Blato. 10 Mins away and a cafe by the gorgeous Cetina River, kids swam and the simple menu (fish or mixed meat, with chips or vegetables) was really lovely. Definitely recommended. Thank you.
