The property is nice and central Cape Coral, not ideal for boaters, far away from the gulf access, the house is just minimal equipped several things in the kitchen are missed, neighborhood not friendly

This house is exactly as advertised in the listing - very new, very clean. Everything works. We did have a problem with the cooktop (it was completely our fault), and the hosting company was quick to respond (same day - with on-site service). It turned out the cooktop worked fine - it was just tricky to turn on (for future guests - hold your finger flat on the power symbol for much longer than you would expect!). We had the good fortune to have 10 manatees spend several days in the lagoon just off the dock - you just can't see them any closer. Overall, a really good stay - highly recommended.
