1. Shared Bathroom is in one bedroom so you have to walk thru the other bedroom 2. Washing machine only has scorching hot water, even when set to cold water. It ruined my delicate clothes 3. Shower and kitchen sink have tepid or lukewarm regardless of running water for several minutes 4. Ceiling fan in 1st bedroom has no controller for turning lower fan or to turn off the light. No remote (living room & 2nd bedroom have remote). Prepare for LOUD from airplanes flying by. Windows have no glass, just metal blinds to open and close. This Condominio building is 7 min from airport and directly under airport flight path. Earplugs are provided but never mentioned in description. The only positive is it's 3 blocks from beach access and close to the popular avenida verde (tourist strip). And there's a pool
