The house is exactly as advertised. It is well cared for and super clean. We were minutes away from all the things we had planned. Overall, I would stay here again and we had a great time!

Super friendly and helpful host who has made a lovely home. Slept very well on the comfy beds, enjoyed the huge TV in the spacious and airy lounge and great kitchen space with lots of Keurig and tea too! Quiet street with friendly neighbours and loads of parking space!

We take reports regarding cleanliness and property conditions very seriously. The guest sent us a message through the VRBO portal at approximately 4:00 a.m. indicating they believed they saw a rodent, but they checked out shortly thereafter without contacting us by phone or giving us an opportunity to investigate or address their concern during their stay. After being notified, we conducted a thorough inspection of the property and found no evidence of any rodents or infestation. We have continued to monitor the home and have not encountered any similar reports from other guests. We strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible and encourage guests to call us directly during their stay so we have the opportunity to investigate and make things right whenever an issue arises.

Very convenient location to anything you could want to do in Buffalo. Overall, the house was in good condition. The neighborhood wasn’t great, the immediate neighbors were a vacant house with overgrown yard on one side and on the other side was an occupied, but overgrown yard with junk everywhere. Upon check in, the whole house was really warm but once we turned all the window units on, it cooled down pretty quick. I wish we would’ve been given a clean sponge to hand wash the dishes with; I wasn’t comfortable using the old, dirty one that was there. We also would’ve appreciated more than 2 K cups for the coffee machine since we had 2 adults staying there for 3 nights. We made do and had a great time though!

As for the neighboring properties, unfortunately, we cannot control the condition or appearance of the houses and yards surrounding our property. Very clean property that is very close to downtown with street parking. The property is very sparsely stocked. There were only the bare bones items in the house. One pot, one pan, one garbage bag, etc.

Overall a great place to stay! The area doesn’t look the greatest, but it was actually very quiet and no issues whatsoever! A great location for little to no travel to get places! About 10 minutes to downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes to Niagara Falls. The host was efficient and kind when answering any questions! Book the trip! 10/10
