Private yard of your own and secure combination lock entry to yard and studio. The studio was recently renovated and is a part of the owner’s quaint beach cottage.

I have lived here for 35 years. I love this area for all that it has to offer. We have the beautiful Pacific Ocean, a protected bay with otters and birds, a small town charm of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive there are 2 beautiful state parks with oodles of great hiking.
