Enjoy this newly updated contemporary beachfront two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental located on the highest floor with plenty of natural light and amazing views of the ocean. This Gulf side condo is newly painted with calming peaceful tones to create a serene vacation ambiance for your stay. This beachfront unit's private balcony offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with tables and seating to enjoy sunrise and sunset as well as meals al fresco by the sea!

The rental has unobstructed views of the emerald coast throughout and includes a master en suite, guest room, bunk room, living room, and fully furnished kitchen. Each room includes its own entertainment center and the living room includes an extra queen size sleeper sofa. The master en suite is additionally furnished with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower.

Destin West Gulf #601 enjoy free WIFI, beach and bay access, 7 swimming pools and spas and Lazy River as well as beach setup.

We love this property soo much we already rebooked for the Spring. We love the access to the beach, pool, plus all the restaurants within walking distance. We literally park when we arrive and don't get back in the car until we leave:) The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen for all of our needs!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was not swept, dryer was tore up, on Monday had to call about dryer was told a new one was going to be installed that day, when washer/dryer arrived, my husband spent 2/3 hours out of our vacation w/delivery men (which were awesome)they had stated that washer/dryer was ready to install on Sunday, before our ck in, refrigerator door , seal around door coming off, very disappointed in rental, we have been coming for years, couch, etc very nasty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I let management know about the issues via email the second day of our stay. I included pictures in an email and although I did not expect anything to be fixed, a reply of some kind would have been nice. I have never left a negative review of anyplace we’ve stayed. I can usually find the good and make the best of it. But I think future renters deserve to know. The refrigerator seal on the door was hanging off.The couch and chairs are stained and looked dirty.The white kitchen chairs are very soiled. There was food on the walls that we washed off.Half of the master bathroom closet door with peeling paint. The wicker furniture in the living room is not comfortable or cozy at all. My husband was the only one who could pry the sliding glass door open and the main door had to be slammed in order to close it. The pool pump was out and they were waiting for parts so the main pool was closed the first 2 days we were there. They said they were waiting for parts to come in. Security did a great job watching for wrist bands and monitoring the pool.The view is lovely but the room needs some attention.
