DISCOUNTS NOW- Linens, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Boogie Boards, Bikes Inc.


Every one of our condos includes free linens and towels, including beach towels and Free Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is well stocked with spices, aluminum foil, storage bags, garbage bags, etc. We also supply beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a beach blanket, boogie boards, and beach toys. A beach cart is available if you need one.
Additional supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and sunscreen. Things you need but sometimes forget.

OUR CONDOS HAVE THE HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF REPEAT GUESTS ON THE ISLAND. WE'VE HAD ALL OUR CONDO VENTS CLEANED AND DISINFECTED AS PART OF A YEARLY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. We also have air purifiers in all our condos. Your comfort is very important to us.
We have the most flexible refund policy allowed by VRBO. We don't charge reservation or processing fees, which are just ways to disguise higher prices. Our condos are immaculate, and David and I check over the cleaning before your stay.
We won't forget about you once we receive your deposit. We will call you the week before your arrival to review check-in information and answer any questions you might have.
We installed a door keypad for easy access.
Whenever possible, we allow EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT. Ask us if it is available for your stay.

Additionally, we have another oceanfront bedroom condo. The property number is 382474 if you are traveling with another couple.

We are the original owners of some of our condos and have been making them available for over 40 years. We were the very first owners on the beach to offer free towels, linens, and beach equipment. That was over 25 years ago, and now it has become the standard. Every year, we try to add to our list of free amenities. Most of our guests start as guests and then end up as friends.

The condo was very nice, and close to the beach access. It was wonderful to have chairs, cooler, and beach blanket available to use. I was able to message the owner with a couple questions and i got an almost immediate response. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean and well-appointed condo close to beach!

We had a fabulous time. Owners thought of everything to make our stay feel like a “home away from home”. Great location, low key friendly neighborhood vibe. Owners provided bikes (among other beach essentials!) which was a nice perk, too!

We had a great time at this condo! Denise was an excellent host, providing all of the information we needed. Although bikes were provided and we had counted on using them for getting around, we felt that the area/neighborhood is not the best for riding bikes and we were concerned for safety with the number of trucks and general speeding we observed. We ended up walking or ubering most places which worked well for us. Highly recommend staying here for great access the the beach and cute condo vibes!

Perfect couples retreat

The condo was perfect for our Memorial Day/birthday getaway. Denise was so easy to work with and provided all the needed information well in advance of our stay. This is the first rental where basically everything is provided even down to sunscreen and beach towels! It is beautifully decorated too! We look forward to coming back and renting this condo again in the future.

Delightful place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this rental so much. Every detail was cared for and attended to. It was relaxing and so much fun. We were able to get more out of our stay by not worrying about bringing as many things since so much was included. Denise and Carol both are wonderful to their guests. Fantastic rental, staff and owners.

Anniversary Get-Away!!

This condo is absolutely adorable!! Perfect for a couples vacation. The condo was so clean and the owner Denise is so thoughtful in having anythjh you need already there and the special touches she left for our arrival were appreciated! The area is quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely use this one again!

Perfect Condo

Our family of three greatly enjoyed our time in the condo. It is a beautiful place with everything you might need. The owners are easily reachable, if any questions. The ocean view is fantastic from the front deck and the sound of the waves put us all to sleep at night. We would stay here again, if timing works out in the future.

We stayed at David & Denise’s condo in Carolina Beach NC. The condo was in a wonderful location to all the amenities and had ocean views. The hospitality of the owners was over and beyond. Condo was well stocked all I needed was my toothbrush!! Will be returning!

Seas the Day... Clean, Comfy, and Close to the Beach

What a wonderful stay! Beach access was across the street and there was a variety of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler,...) available. Breakfast on the balcony was a nice way to start each day (as well as feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the waves!), and walking south on the beach towards the Kure Beach Pier and north from the Carolina Beach Pier through Freeman Park Beach were peaceful and enjoyable. It's a short easy drive to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the Carolina Beach pier. Thank you, Denise and David!

Short Walk to the Beach

The condo was immaculate, so nicely decorated, the bed and furniture were comfortable and the ocean sound was amazing! The owners went above and beyond with stocking the condo with all of the essentials, plus some!! They were very attentive in giving advice on restaurants and things to do. The area offered a lot of options for beaches and food! It was a true blessing to stay here!! Thank You!

Perfect beach getaway

We stayed over the week of the 4th and had an amazing time. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The decor was adorable (though I found the white couch to be a huge risk!) The bed was comfortable- and it was great having the laundry room right there in the master. The condo is perfectly located- just a short walk to the beach and we spent a ton of time in the pool that is directly behind. The owners checked in on us and Carol even brought us some knives that needed for a meal. We will absolutely book again!

Perfect beach getaway!

My boyfriend and I spent a week at Denise and Dave's condo and it was amazing! Great communication even prior to check-in (Denise called to walk us through check-in, told us where to find the beach stuff, and gave a few recommendations about places to check out on the island). I mentioned to Denise on the phone that my boyfriend and I happen to share a birthday and it was during the week of our stay, and when we arrived she had left 2 huge pieces of delicious cake for us! So sweet and such a thoughtful touch. The place was clean and perfectly located to the beach and restaurants and shops in the area. We would absolutely come back to stay again!

Clean, Cute + Great Location

My 10 year old and I stayed here for 5 days after dropping off my other son at UNCW. It was only a 20 minute drive from Wilmington and a great getaway. We instantly felt at home here with all of the essentials needed for beaching, cooking, hanging inside on a rainy day, going for a dip in the pool, relaxing on the deck with an ocean view, catching up on laundry or walking to town. The owners clearly thought through the perfect beach vacay experience. And they have it all. We will be back.

Carolina beach vacation with my husband

Owners were so gracious & so glad we got to meet them. Condo was beautifully decorated & had so many amenities. They thought of everything guests would need, on hand. Bed very comfortable. Pool was great after a beach time. Pier was fun with food & drinks. Thursday night had music & fireworks. The beach buggy & chairs, from the garage, really helped lighten our load. Beach access across the street. We could take a short walk back to our condo for lunch & rest. Owners were quick to answer with any questions. Hope to return next year. This was our first visit & loved the area.

Beach Trip Dreams

I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about our stay here. We were given absolutely perfect details for the check in process and they were able to even get us checked in a little early. We enjoyed hanging out by the deck listening to music and enjoying ocean views. Every little thing we could have needed was already there. We were able to use the beach wagons to carry the already supplied beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella down to the beach. The walk to the ocean is so short and conveniently located right across from the condo. Our daughter had a blast at the pool and in the ocean. She had a sweet little gift waiting for her when we arrived. Denise gave wonderful suggestions for food and dessert. We especially enjoyed Fish Bites and Squiggley’s icecream. If you’re looking for convenient location, traveling light, and amazing communication then you are looking in the right place!

Cute, Efficient Condo for 2 adults

Pros: The pictures online are accurate. Whoever the interior designer is has a real talent for color and texture. Most VRBOs there's at least 1 corner of the place I wish was cleaner, but this place was pretty darn clean! They provided 4 beach towels, sunscreen, an array of toiletries, a hair dryer, and a kitchen full of plates, cups, glass tupperwares, and some seasonings. I especially liked the cooler backpack in the closet. They also have a garage of beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, toys, cup holders, and boogie boards. The condo is 1 street over from the beach accesses. Denise was welcoming and personally called to make sure I had all my check in information. She was available whenever I needed.Things to consider: The beach access closest to this place is walled off by large rocks. You can choose to climb over these, but the access wasn't conducive to elderly or beach wagons. About 3 blocks to the right is a traditional flat, sandy beach access. The garage with the beach items is in the opposite direction (2 condo buildings to the left. The place is 1 block from the CB pier and about 1.5 miles from the CB boardwalk.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is beautiful, you can tell that they have put a lot of thought and work into maintaining cleanliness and convenience. Beach access is about a 2 minute walk and they provide almost everything you could need for the beach in their garage. Check in was super easy, Thomas was readily available and very helpful when we had trouble with the electric lock. When we informed them that one of the available bikes had a flat, he had it replaced within a couple hours.Located a short walk from the pier, and a short bike ride from the boardwalk, the condo was the ideal location for our group. It is comfortable enough to stay in and relax, but we were mostly on the go and only returned back to sleep, so it was perfect for us! We didn't find time to utilize the on-property pool, but it was just downstairs and very easy to access.We had a slight incident with an e-bike rental company and the community HOA, and even though it was not within her responsibility to help, Denise was the most helpful and responsive resource we had throughout the situation! I'm sure it goes without saying, but read the community rules posted on the stairwells very carefully before parking any bikes downstairs!Overall, Denise and Thomas at Northend PMCB made this vacation extremely relaxing and convenient. Couldn't have asked for better hosts!

My new happy place.

Let me just say, I wish I owned this condo. With that being said, I did not want to leave. You literally just need to pack your clothes, tooth brush, and groceries. The condo is so well appointed. Denise is a wonderful, caring host. She has thought of the little things that mean so much to make your stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Her response and communication was spot on. And her condo is spot on as well as spotless. I was alone and always felt safe at the condo and everywhere I went at Carolina Beach. The location is perfect and the area is quiet. I enjoyed my coffee on the front deck watching and listening to the waves. I cannot wait to return again and again. Ladies, if you are looking for what I call a selfcation look no further. Easy like a Sunday morning

If you’re looking to pack a bag and have a easy beach vacation you need to look no further. So glad we stayed here and looking forward to going back! The condo is super comfy for a couple. The condo is FULLY stocked including a garage of beach toys! Denise and David (hosts) made our vacation so enjoyable. Their attention to detail ensuring their guests are comfortable and have fun is second to none. From pre-check communication to during your stay, they’re available if you need anything. I was still recovering from a severe ankle injury so the stairs were the only thing that I didn’t enjoy. The on property pool helped make up for doctors orders to “stay off the beach.” It has a variety of seating and professionally maintained. I saw them treat/sweep it multiple times during the week. The condo is on the north end. The beach access is across the street. It’s a bit quieter than the center of the beach, but with two good ankles, still walkable to the boardwalk. Or you can drive. There’s street and public parking if the restaurant/bar/store doesn’t have a lot. Already looking for vacation time next year!

The Perfect Condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is clean, beautifully, appointed with a very close proximity to the beach. It is in a quiet area with all the amenities you need and more. The owners are very attentive and accessible. Perfect for a couple or very small family. We will deifinitely be back!

Dave and I just retired here in September (2017) from Long Island. We are so happy to finally be close to the ocean and close to our properties. We purchased our first condo (Sunskipper) in 1983 and just purchased our 6th condo this past February(2018). We are presently renovating it and hope to have it on Homeaway soon. For the past 37 years, we have been sharing our homes with wonderful people like you! We love adding happiness to someone's hard-earned vacation. We are always available if you need us or just want to talk about the area.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because it is an end unit and on the second floor. It's close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy the goings on but far enough away not to hear the noise late at night.

What makes this property unique

There is an ocean view and you are only about 75 steps to the sand. walking distance to the North Pier where you can fish or grab a bite to eat.
