Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Take all trash to dumpster across the street on the corner of the condo, same side as pool -Place TV Remotes on nightstand & coffee table
-Turn off all lights & fans including balcony
-IMPORTANT please leave parking pass & pool keys on kitchen counter to avoid replacement fees -4FUN leave signed wine cork in corner cabinet, Suggested writing State/City, First Name, Date or Fav Site
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind in condo or on balcony to avoid $500 penalty. Aviod Towing display parking pass from mirror. NOTE No grilling on balcony.
Please do not place any bones, fruit peels or foregn objects down the dish disposal; Do NOT fill the washing machine more than half way -4 towels max.
Please shake out towels and rinse off at the beach shower located in picnic/grill area at right corner when facing the building. Quiet Hours 9PM-8AM

My grandson and I truly enjoyed our first trip to Carolina Beach so much that we stayed one additional day….Heather is very kind, providing detailed communication, and is readily available to assist… The villa is quaint, fresh, very clean and accommodating.. providing all the essentials needed..Although we were not able to take in all of the things to do, it was nice to park the car and walk to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants..
