Enjoy the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from Oceanfront. Spend the morning at the beach with passage from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. The kids will enjoy splashing in the pool and viewing the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to all the action at the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new T-shirt, try our Famous Britts Donuts, and enjoy many of our local bars and restaurants. Inside our compact condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room. Condo comfortably fits four adults with the option to accommodate up to six with the pull-out couch. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 311 can’t wait to be the one you choose to make forever memories in. 



Ground Level:

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.



Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean-front glass wall.  Oceanfront balcony.  Queen sofa sleeper and side chairs 

Primary Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower.

Guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and access to another full bathroom with a step-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer closet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
