Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not fully meet expectations. We take comments like these seriously and have already addressed the items mentioned. The yard and exterior have been cleaned, lighting and bedroom lamps have been repaired or replaced, and additional kitchen items and bathroom accessories have been stocked. We have also completed a deep cleaning to address odors and reviewed trash service scheduling to prevent overflow. The fencing has been re-inspected to ensure it matches the listing description. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, well-maintained home, and we regret that we missed the mark during your visit. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.
