House accommodated two families. We appreciated the spacious kitchen and multiple bikes and golf cart. The community pool was convenient and well kept. Convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Some of the tvs didn’t work and the bunk room doesn’t have an ac vent, so the door had to stay open in order to stay cool. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy the Emerald Coast.

Fabulous location! Just as described, clean and convenient. Pool is amazing and close, beach was a quick 5 minute golf cart drive. Quiet, private neighborhood. Beds were amazing! The perfect decor to give the Florida vibe. Plenty of space for everyone, you can hold a dance in the kitchen! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place! Everything was very clean. The community pool was awesome and we loved the proximity to the beach. The golf cart was perfect for our family of six. There were some beach chairs and sand toys which was nice. My only complaint was that the bunk room’s door was difficult to slide back and forth. All of the other rooms were perfect.

Home itself was as the pictures showed. The space was accommodating for our family. The pool was very nice and having the golf cart was a very nice add. The cleanliness of the home was unfortunately not up to par. I purchased items to clean the floors and even after multiple cleans the floors were still very dirty. My kids feet were black on the bottoms after only being awake a few hours. The toilets were not clean, so we also cleaned those. The property manager did send someone out to repair a few other items and that was resolved quickly. The home really needs a good deep clean. I know these places are not always treated well when people rent them but a good deep clean, and common room furniture update would go a long way at this place.

The house overall was great, the location was perfect and we loved the neighborhood pool. I think a few things could be done to elevate this beach house such as providing beach towels and good useable beach chairs. Those are two small things that could be provided that would make it a 5 star. I’ve stayed at several other beach houses through vrbo and those have always been something the owners included that make a big difference.
