Phoenix VII 308 - A Luxurious Gulf-View Condo

Experience the ultimate in convenience and comfort at Phoenix VII 308, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom condo offering the largest balcony at Phoenix VII. This stunning unit boasts over 1,500 square feet of space, making it the largest 3-bedroom unit in the complex. With keyless entry, you won’t need to worry about carrying keys during your stay. Also, we are conveniently located on the 3rd floor right across from the elevators, allowing you to avoid getting wet when it rains.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from either the living room or the master bedroom's private balcony. The condo features a spacious layout with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two twin-over-full bunk beds in the third bedroom, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

Entertainment is a priority, with a 70" SMART TV in the living room, a 50" SMART TV in the master bedroom, and 40" SMART TVs in both the second and third bedrooms. The unit has been fully upgraded, with new beds, contemporary living room furniture, granite countertops, new floors, and a walk-in master shower, ensuring a stylish and comfortable stay.

The amenities at Phoenix VII are unparalleled, including a large outdoor pool with a children's pool, a heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, saunas, a fully equipped fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.

Please note, a minimum age of 25 is required to reserve this property, and this policy will be strictly enforced with no refunds for violations.

For those needing additional space, we also offer other units within Phoenix VII.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

I loved staying here. It’s exactly as pictured and has everything needed in the kitchen and there were even some beach toys and chairs. The balcony is spacious and it was a really comfortable stay for us.

The view from the balcony is phenomenal and everything you need for the beach is there! Everything is as pictured but I don’t think the listing mentions the closet full of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and the cart to make it super easy to get there and back. We loved it!

Reviewer Comments: The property itself is great with a ton of space and the beach access was much nicer than we have seen elsewhere, the special materials on the boardwalk and at the beach helped our kids not burn their feet. Parking was also a really smooth experience the entire stay. Overall it was a very positive stay. It’s worth noting, the location of the unit helps to not have to rely on the elevator (we took stairs often) but it was loud at night due to other guests walking along the hall being noisy. It was also bright from the hall lighting. Additionally, one of the bunk beds was really squeaky anytime our kids would climb on the top or the bottom to sleep.

This is a beautiful condo with a great view. The complex has a lot of nice amenities. The parking was easy and plentiful during our stay. The condo was very clean. We had one issue with the ice maker, but it was quickly fixed. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Room is located super convenient for access to beach or pool. And parking lot/lobby/elevators. Large balcony which is open for sun exposure, while most of them are covered. Security/building personnel made me feel very safe. I saw an employee helping another guest with jumping a battery, good to know if i needed help there was support available. Lots of chairs available at pool.Good amount of bath towels provided. Great view of pool and ocean.

This condo is in excellent location to beach. Occasionally had to wait for next elevator but it was very easy to be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. The kids loved the size of the pool. Condo was updated, clean, and kitchen supplies were adequate for basic cooking. Any questions and issues we had were promptly handled.

The place was just like the pictures. Beautiful. But we did encounter one issue, at night, you could smell a sewer type smell throughout the unit and you could also hear people above you flushing their toilets. Other than that, it was great!

Great unit!

We were very pleased with this unit, highlights are, the amount of space this unit has! In the master bedroom there is enough space on both sides of the bed to put a mattress if needed, the living room had enough space for all 7 of us to move around freely, the bunk room was spacious and comfortable, we liked the low floor, close to elevators, and the hot water and water pressure was good. Would recommend!

They provided lots of beach gear, chairs and even a wagon! That was so nice! The condo was updated and very clean. Our only complaint is that the guest bathroom had a very bad smell that came out of the drain. We just stuffed a washcloth in the drain to block the fumes, but without that, it smelled like sewage. We would definitely stay here again! .

The unit itself was what it looks like in the photos; very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, huge balcony, great view etc. A few things to note as of the end of March 2026 - the pool is NOT heated. At the peak of the day it was probably 75 degrees. Very disappointing as it was just too cold for my kids to enjoy for very long. Lastly, and definitely the most disappointing part of our stay, was the parking lot. Half of the lot was dug up rubble/sand and was closed. You have to pay for parking (quite a bit) and it felt like we were helping pay for the resort to redo their parking lot.All in all, we were very happy with the condo specifically. The resort, however, was disapointing. The dug up, messy, under construction parking lot and very cold pool were a disappointment and would have been good to know ahead of time. Felt like a rip-off getting charged for parking.

We had the most wonderful stay here and would book again without hesitation! The view is stunning, and waking up to that every morning never got old.The space was perfect for our group. We had our 2 kids and my parents with us, and no one felt cramped. The living area was generous and well laid out, and the patio was a true highlight. We spent so much time out there just soaking it all in.Loved all of the beach toys and chairs - we used them every single day! Pool was large and refreshing! Never crowded.Location wise, we were close to all of our favorite shops and restaurants, which made everything so easy and relaxed.Communication with the host was excellent throughout, which always makes a trip so much smoother.Would definitely come back and recommend this to our family and friends!
