When you rent my home in Ballard you can expect complete privacy.

Two off street parking spaces are available to you!

Large fenced in yard. Great for you and your doggo!

Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Large well stocked kitchen. Living Room with fireplace. Flex Room with futon that can be made into an additional bed.

This home, conveniently located in Seattle's Ballard Neighborhood, is a true oasis in the city. A great home base for all of your Seattle adventures.

Two off-street parking spaces in front of the home as well as additional free on street parking.

Near two major bus lines for easy access to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle.

Walkable to nearby grocery, bars and restaurants.

Our stay was excellent. The location is perfect. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to coffee shops, parks, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the yard drinking our coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend stay here!

A cozy gem in Ballard! Just right for our family of 4 with two older kids. Beautiful, walkable neighborhood and very peaceful. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the house was stocked with helpful amenities. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Ballard Hjemsted! Check-in was super easy, and Cole was great to communicate with before and during our stay. Our children were delighted to find chocolates waiting for us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed — even Band-Aids when our daughter got a paper cut. The location is perfect: easy access to downtown Ballard and close to supermarkets and a fantastic bakery (Larson’s Bakery). Our dog loved the yard and the quiet streets for walks. We would definitely stay again!

I would totally recommend this rental and already have! Pet-friendly, great front yard for your fuzzy friend to run around in along with super clean while still permitting pets. Great to have the ability to do laundry there with kiddos, close to shops and nice area to walk around in.
