This spot gets kudos for having a great location and a very responsive, friendly host. It would be awesome if the covered parking were included as part of the rental instead of an extra daily fee. The apt was clean and well air-conditioned, and all the appliances worked, but was short on charm/coziness (e.g., very little in the way of art/wall hangings, no table-top lamps in the bedrooms). But otherwise it's a solid place with a great host.

What a great hidden gem this place is. Tucked just off Rehobeth Ave that you do not hear the noise from the busy strip. Close to food and shops and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host is very responsive to answer any questions and help with any issues.

Everything about the place was great. Very walkable to all Rehoboth Beach spots. Plenty of space for our group. It was very clean, AC worked great, bathrooms were wonderful, and beds were comfy. Parking spots were definitely a plus. Communication with the host was smooth, checking in and out were a breeze. Would stay again.

The apartment is in an amazing location. Our family of four could walk to the beach and everywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious.We had an issue with the air conditioning and the host was very responsive and helpful!

The apartment is in a great location, right in town and very convenient to restaurants, stores and the boardwalk. It’s very clean and the bedooms were comfortable. As others have noted, you need to bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets/comforters, towels and bath mats. This is a great place to stay if you plan on eating out every meal or ordering in as the kitchen is not well stocked. There are very few pots and only one knife and cutting board. It’s pretty bare bones. Also bring some camp chairs if you’ve got more than 4 people staying as there’s only the sofa available for seating and 4 chairs at the kitchen table.

Great location and super clean! I love how each bedroom had a queen bed so everyone was comfortable! I wish they they provided the basics like pillows, sheets and towels because it was inconvenient when our family members forgot some items. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
