SEE (A bit of) and HEAR the ocean while living the BEACH LIFE! Enjoy the no-drive beach, swim in the pool, play some tennis on the association's courts, read, or just relax on your patio during your seaside vacation.

Cozy and comfortable, this unit has an open floor plan with the living room sliders opening to a small patio and the walkway to the beach. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen completes the open area. The bath is newly renovated and features a walk-in shower.

The two beachy bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and a set of XL twins in the other.

Vacation time

Nice place, nice view ocean from dining room and living room. Master room could be move to second children's room is bigger and could fit a king bed instead queen bed. at present master room window curtain could be add to block light sun in the morning and privacy. Nice kitchen well equipped. at living room a bigger TV with much better quality could be always do the differences, Still this place is wonderful, secure, safe, quiet and nice people. Thank you, Jose, for your comments. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. The unit is a mother-in-law spot for our upstairs unit. We knew we wanted more space for family so added a second bedroom, making it the master bedroom. Having twin beds in the larger bedroom gives us and our guests the flexibility needed to accommodate different family combinations with room for an air mattress, pack ‘n play, etc. It is also important to us to have the master bedroom facing the ocean; we love going to sleep and waking up hearing it. As early risers, the blinds in the master bedroom window, seemed enough, but we are happy to add a blackout curtain for those who like to sleep a bit later. In regard to the t.v.’s size, it seems to fit the scale of the room, but will check the t.v.’s quality for sure. Our feeling is that it is a feature for the unit, but not the focus for a beach experience and that might not be to everyone’s liking. All comments are appreciated and we thank our most recent guest, Jose, for sharing his.

Steps to the sand!

It’s hard to find a flaw with this property. Except maybe that the pool isn’t heated, so using it is unlikely between November and April But we like this neighborhood and its units so much we’ve returned often. This unit is well-managed and well appointed by its owners. Everything you might need for a beachside vacation is supplied. Including for a family. I’m assuming you can rent the entire townhouse— upstairs and down . We found the smaller unit downstairs —perfect for a couple. The decor is beachy and fun. In early December the neighborhood is quiet. If there are folks in the upper unit, you will might hear footsteps. Best of all you’re just steps away from the sand. We hope to return and recommend it highly.

Perfect Little Getaway Steps From the Sand

This cozy beach house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The garage comes fully stocked with grill, highchair, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kites, pool floats, extra sunblock, flip flops etc. We rent beach rentals often and this one is my favorite so far! Steps from the sand and located in an area where no driving is on the beach. My kids could quickly rotate from ocean to pool and they often did! Will definitely be back!

Exactly what we wanted!

We stayed here for 6 weeks til our permanent house was ready for us to move into after moving back to NSB from Virginia. The beach was exactly what we needed with the transition. It was steps away from the beach and the pool. The pool was so relaxing and the grounds at the place was so tropical and quiet. You are sharing the pool with maybe 8 other units but it felt like no one was there. My 8 and 10 year old and my husband and I felt comfortable and relaxed. The no drive zone is so nice to relax on the beach and it was walking distance to great restaurants. The beach bikes were a great treat to explore beachside. The location in NSB is perfect. We will definitely be back for a getaway and would recommend the place to my friends and family who come to visit. It has everything you could ask for in the garage for the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, sand toys, etc. and a outdoor shower to rinse off. The tennis court was the kids favorite thing to do in the afternoon. The washer and dryer were so big you could wash all those beach towels you use on your vacation. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great Vacation Rental!!

We recently stayed at this quaint and adorably decorated beach house with our two children (teenager and preteen). The beach house has everything you need for a fantastic vacation---access to a private pool and tennis courts, just steps from the beach, and has plenty of board games, books, beach toys/games and beach chairs to use during your stay. We enjoyed riding bikes on the beach and found the two separate bedrooms comfortable to rest in after a fun day on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The beach house has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook in (Ocean's Fish Market) or eat in treats from Mon DeLice. The owners could not have been more lovely to work with as we were marking our rental arrangements and the listing description and photos are accurate. Book today!

We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 40 years and purchased a beachside home 32 years ago. During vacations, overflow family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed staying in Sea Dunes units and in an effort to get closer to the ocean, we were thrilled to purchase one ourselves.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing on the no-drive beach is our main focus, but day trips to several of Florida's favorite destinations including Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona Beach, and St. Augustine keep us busy as well.
