This newly renovated 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo, located ocean front at Ocean View Villas in Cherry Grove, SC is a must see for all beach goers. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a queen as well as a set of bunk beds. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. The condo is fully stocked with amenities and is just steps away from the beach. Amenities within the condo include wifi, fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small appliances such as a blender, toaster oven and coffee maker. Flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms as well as the main living area (with DVD), stereo with ipod or MP3 hook up and much much more. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor pool for guests only, outdoor shower, beach chairs, wifi connectivity, security gates onto and off property, grilling area, gated parking lot and laundry room on site. Great family getaway

We had a blast staying here this fall! We have three small children, so the bunk beds were a hit and there’s plenty of room in either bedroom if you have a pack n play with you. The whole property felt very secure and safe. Very quiet in the off season, so overall a relaxing place to be.

The location and ocean views from this condo were fantastic, and the unit was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to enjoy our time at the beach.There were a couple of inconveniences to note—specifically needing to bring our own linens (including towels) and mail back physical keys, which can be a bit of a hassle before and after a trip.Overall, we appreciated the stay and the beautiful setting, and this could be a great option for others who don’t mind a bit of extra coordination.

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay here at this Ocean View Villa is that we only had two nights! We loved being near the Little River so we could just walk over and fish. Can’t wait to come back!

Place had amazing views and was clean. I thought I just needed to supply linens and towels but there was no toilet paper or salt and pepper so remember to pick those up before your stay..

Great find in Cherry Grove

Very nice property in Cherry Grove. This condo has amazing views in a quiet, less crowded area. Easy drive to stores & restaurants including Cherry Grove pier. The property owner was great to work with. Do note that you have to bring your own linens & towels, there's no washer & dryer (coin laundry downstairs same building), and you have to return the key by mail. Those things make it slightly less convenient, but I'd still highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

We just returned yesterday from our stay. This condo was well maintained with new appliances and very clean. We’ve stayed all up and down NMB and this was the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved being at the end of the beach. The point was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Rebecca was kind and helpful when needed to call with questions. Our family had a great week. Beautiful views and close to beach and pool

Everything about our experience was top notch! This is by far the best beach condo/house we have ever stayed for location, views, proximity/convenience to the beach and pool. During high tide, you can sit on the couch in the den and basically feel like you are on the water. Being able to come and go from the pool and beach all day long is so valuable during a family vacation. The condo is comfortable and well decorated. It suited our family of 4 perfectly, but we could easily have added a friend for each of my children. We are already planning our next trip to Cherry Grove and would not want to stay anywhere else. The owners are friendly and responsive.

An experience to remember

First of all, my stay at the condo exceeded all my expectations. From the booking process to answering all my questions, Kristen was the perfect host. The condo was very clean, well-kept and included all the amenities of home. As everyone has said, the view from the condo was breathtaking! The location is well suited for both individuals and families, and the beach was awesome. The property location is away from the crowds and very quiet. I look forward to coming back to this property and highly recommend it to anyone.

My brother and I purchased this condo in the summer of 2012. I live in Lewisville, NC and my brother lives in Hillsborough, NC. We grew up coming to Ocean View Villas as our parents have owned a condominium there since the late 1970s.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned above, we have grown up coming to this beach. We have made some beautiful memories with family and friends. When offered an opportunity to own a unit, we jumped at the chance. We love the location and a lot of the current homeowners are good friends.

What makes this property unique

This condo has the best view in Cherry Grove. It can be enjoyed while sipping your coffee on the balcony or sitting in the living room. The beach is not crowded and the tide goes out further than anywhere along the Grand Strand. Staying in this condo fully immerses you in the beach.
