Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: 1. The central AC in the main house cools all rooms properly and consistently maintains temperatures below 68°F when set that way. 2. In the larger bedroom, the AC unit is functioning as intended and keeps the space comfortable. 3. The window AC you mentioned is not moldy, and it is in good working condition. We regularly inspect and service all appliances, including AC units, to ensure they are clean and safe. I’m sorry your experience did not meet your expectations, but I want to reassure future guests that the cooling systems in the house are maintained and fully operational.
