Beautiful heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by granite cobblestone, with professional landscaping.

A great place to come and relax with your family and friends! 1.6 miles from the Chappy ferry. Chappy Estate

Live like royalty! Amazing grounds with charming frog pond, tennis court, hot tub and heated swimming pool! The house is recently updated and includes everything you would ever want; large family room with pool table, high speed wifi, 4 screened in porches, central A/C, spacious kitchen and beautifully furnished and equipped. The location is equally ideal; literally just around the corner from the Chappy Community Center, just a short bike ride to East Beach (for swimming and fishing) and Chappy ferry and Edgartown for shopping and dining. I would unequivocally recommend this property to anyone looking the ultimate Chappaquiddick vacation experience!

close to Edgartown, close to beaches, luxury in a rural setting.
This beautiful property is having a new pool installed this summer.
This year the house is being rented the last week in August and September. But in 2025 the house will have more weeks available.
