This newly completed 5 bedroom gambrel custom designed home has everything. The location allows a short walk to historic downtown Edgartown Village and a short drive to South Beach and other beaches. At the end of a private road, this home offers renters privacy. The yard and grounds are meticulously maintained. The outdoor decks and open covered porch allow for family gatherings and meals.

The house has large bedrooms with 2 Master Suites with king beds and three other bedrooms each with queen beds. The gourmet kitchen is every cook's delight. The open flowing design from the kitchen to living room and dining room offer ease of entertaining.

What an amazing experience we had at Martha’s Vineyard!

Donna’s house is fantastic, very well located : very close to Edgartown city center and Chappaquidick, super clean and the swimming is pool delightful. We highly recommend to anyone who wish to feel priviledged and enjoy MV.

Lovely stay, terrific host

6 of us (family & friends) had a lovely time—the beautifully kept heated pool w/lots of comfy lounges, and shared spaces were highlights. The host, Donna, was exceptionally responsive and welcoming—makes a big difference. Only small note is that, while one primary bdrm is fabulous, with a big bathroom. the second primary upstairs has a miniature bathroom—ok for one (small) person but not functional for two. Other than that the place is terrific and easy biking into Edgartown, Morning Glory and Katana Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay with Great Host

Great house a short distance from Edgartown bars and restaurants. The house was in great condition and full equipped for our stay. Comfortably slept our large group. Donna was great and very responsive when we needed her help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a house on Martha’s Vineyard

The house comfortably fit my extended family of 9 plus one 2 year old. Two rooms with king bed a huge plus. Master has a large closet you can use as a room for babies / toddlers. Backyard and patio as beautiful as pictures suggest. Would stay here again!

Just Great ...

The house is lovely, new, clean, well-equipped and generally made for a turnkey family holiday. The location is very private, down a small lane ... but convenient. It’s minutes from a nearby general store in one direction and downtown Edgartown in the other direction. Donna is very friendly, flexible, accommodating and always a text away for any questions. We will come back.
