The house was comfortable. The AC worked great. Nice 10-15 minute stroll Bishop Arts. Quiet house. Pleasant neighbors. While the interior was nice, the exterior could benefit from deferred maintenance. Beds comfortable. Lani was very responsive to communication. We had a small maintenance issue and the maintenance professional was at the house in minutes. We would stay there again.

The place was super cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything about this property was great, the shower, the kitchen, and the rooms.Would definitely love to stay again. The host was awesome as well, made the check in process seamless.

Very poor experience with the host. The property had little to no basic supplies such as soap and paper towels, dishes & silverware looked dirty, and the yard was not well-maintained. We provided supplies ourselves and notified the host, and her response was to cancel the stay and threatened to evict my 74 year old mother-in-law on Christmas Eve for “violation of rules” because I booked the vrbo for her but I was not staying at the property. My mother-in-law does not speak much English and is not able to book Vrbo without assistance, and we just wanted her to be close to her grandkids on Christmas. In addition, the fire marshal came to the property based on a prior tenant's complaint or tip that the property did not have smoke detectors, which he confirmed after walking through the property. Not having smoke detectors is incredibly dangerous, so we got my mother-in-law out of the property and booked her other lodging. The host was very unprofessional and ignored the fact that when I booked the stay that I noted that it would be for my mother-in-law. I would not recommend this property or the host.
