Just steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and stunning white sands of Navarre Beach, this house has it all - a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautifully decorated living space, and plenty of room for all your guests. In addition to the large TV in the living room, each bedroom also has a large TV.

The spacious deck faces the canal and the west, ensuring glorious sunsets during your stay. A covered patio below features a beach bar with sink and shower and plenty of places to sit and relax. Enjoy corn hole or outdoor games in the big back yard. If fishing is your idea of a perfect vacation, cast right off the dock and catch dinner.

The game room in the garage features two mini pool tables, foosball and ping pong. Beach towels, beach chairs, toys galore make trips to the beach easy and fun. Explore the canal and Santa Rosa sound in 4 kayaks, complete with paddles and life vests. We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean, the house was stocked with various games and beach/water equipment, and we were very close to the beach. We were never bored. Scott and Susan were very responsive and made sure our stay was too tier. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for a large group and provides all of the things needed to make your stay enjoyable! We are already talking about booking it again next year! The house clean, well stocked, and great for indoor and outdoor use. We brought our boat and the house being close to the boat ramp was very convenient. Do be aware that the driveway is tight if you have a larger truck/trailer and hard to park.

The house was just perfect for our large family vacay with 5 couples and 4 kids. Clean home with open floor plan and lots of seating. So nice to have all linens included (even a basket of beach towels) and lots of chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all in. Would highly recommend!!

Navarre Beach is absolutely stunning! The clear Emerald waters of the Gulf never disappoint. Our home is a very short walk to the beach and is on one of three canals on Navarre. It's truely a special place and we can't wait to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a large 5 bedroom canal home. The deck is oversized, we have a fun filled game room, and the outside patio featuring Woody's Bar offers fun for all! Bring your boat!
