South PD~ Great Location, Pet Friendly, Large Private Pool and Backyard

Relax and unwind in our comfortable and charming family-style home with large pool, expansive backyard space and wonderful courtyard with mountain views. The 200 square foot home has 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 queens) and 2 large bathrooms with showers. The property features WIFI, AC/Heat and full size laundry area inside the house. There is a 2 car garage and 2 parking spaces in the driveway with ample street parking as well.

The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable with lots of friendly neighbors and their pets.

You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Large pool is maintained weekly at owner's expense. Pool heating fees are included based on the time of year.

Conveniently located in South Palm Desert with easy access to groceries, shopping and dining on El Paseo, The Street Fair at College of the Desert, walking trails and all that Palm Desert has to offer! 15 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Center and 20 minutes from the airport and Palm Springs. PICKLBALL COURTS galore in the area:  Palm Desert Civic Center, Rancho Mirage CC, Shadow Mountain, Fritz Burns CC.

This well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless home is in an ideal location in Palm Desert on a quiet street. It’s within walking distance of El Paseo’s great shops and restaurants, and with easy access to Highway 111, getting around the Coachella Valley is quick and convenient.Jenny and Nicolas are fabulous hosts—friendly, welcoming, and very responsive. As pickleball players, we especially appreciated Nicolas introducing us to the local pickleball community, where we made instant friends.The home is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to find a quiet place to relax or read when you want some downtime. The spacious pool and cabana area was a highlight and the perfect spot to gather, dine, and unwind after a day of exploring.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!

We grew up in Orange County CA and have been coming out to Palm Desert since our childhood. We have owned this home for many years and have so many great memories with friends and family. The South Palm Desert area is magical- easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, sporting activities, music festivals, The Living Desert, hiking trails etc. We have enjoyed renting to guests from all over the world who have appreciated the comfort and ease of living in our home whether it was for a weekend or many months.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for it's proximity to dining, shopping and outdoor activities in addition to the eclectic array of homes and people in the area. Walking and bike riding to El Paseo is one of our favorite things to do.
