Whether you're planning action-packed beach days or relaxed evenings watching the sun dip into the Gulf, Summerhouse 308B delivers the best of both worlds.

-Parking: Registration for parking passes & wrist bands is $35.84. This is not included in your reservation, you will register/pay the resort upon your arrival.
-Maximum of 2 vehicles (parking passes). Includes trailers with golf carts, boats, etc.
-Vehicles must not take up more than one space. No Trailers from Memorial week thru Labor Day without management approval.
-All guests age 6 and older need wrist bands to access the pool. Up to 8 wristbands provided per unit. $20 fee for all wristbands not returned upon departure.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.
-This rental does not include beach towels.

The problem wasn’t the host or amenities. We were treated like we were very unwanted for a condo that was very far from perfect. Our week is over and I’m so very disappointed that I spent our money here and we don’t get a redo that’s it it’s over and I wished we had just stayed home..

Home Away From Home

We stayed in Summerhouse 308B for 2 weeks and it really became our home away from home. We did not want to leave. This was our first time staying at Summerhouse, but we will definitely stay again. I used to live very close to this property and love this side of the beach. The room isn’t as updated as some other rooms, but it's cozy and I loved it. The pool area is amazing. We were far away from the chaos of spring break. I cannot say enough about the peace of mind this gave me as a parent.

We loved our vacation here! Check-in was easy, the view was amazing, comfy areas to sit and sleep as well. Kitchen was equipped with things we needed (a Keurig would have been nice but it worked out fine). They had sufficient towels for us all to use when showering. Quick walk to the pool and beach which is what I look for when booking a trip. The elevators were fast! Front desk helped with questions. We needed maintenance the first day and they were so quick to respond as well! Parking was also very easy! This is not a huge deal but it might make this place even better - ceiling fans and ceiling lighting in the bedrooms. The lamps weren't bright enough. And when it was warmer (due to outside temps) a ceiling fan would have been awesome in the bedrooms. Other than that, the trip was perfect! Even on the days we got lots of rain, watching the storm from the balcony was so nice and refreshing!
