We live in Atlanta and love the Ellijay / Blue Ridge area. We fell in love with this campus-style property and knew we could turn the free standing garage into an incredibly spa. The result exceeded our expectations. We truly love coming to Our Nest Above cabin, and believe it can be a source of enjoyment for other couples looking to reconnect. We lean into romance at every turn.
Why they chose this property
The Lake Buckhorn community is incredible. With mountain views, a gorgeous stream, numerous trails and lake access, the area has everything you could want in cabin life. 13 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 17 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, the site gives easy access to everything north Georgia has to offer . . . Wineries, shops, restaurants, boutiques of all kinds -- you name it. All are within reach. And when you want privacy with romantic views, scents, sounds and textures, Our Nest Above delivers.
What makes this property unique
You'll have to see it to experience it. Our inset 76-inch "window" in the BirdBath Spa is incredible. We've built our own "Our Nest Above" YouTube channel that allows you to select the scene and sound of your choosing. Soak in the jacuzzi while gazing at the waterfalls of Iceland. Enjoy the red light therapy sauna while Brazilian rainforest birds sing a soothing song. Relax with a latte on the built-in sofa while jazz softly plays at a rain-soaked Parisian coffee shop. Every scene is pre-programmed, and just a click away from your enjoyment!
