Charming Waterfront Lake Villa on Mille Lacs Lake

Unwind on Mille Lacs Lake with stunning water front views. This charming townhome, has 2 bedrooms which include plush beds, with a king bed in the master suite and full/twin bunk beds with a twin trundle in the 2nd bedroom. The home also has 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower in the master suite and second shower in the guest bathroom to make guests feel right at home. Relax on the deck upstairs off the master bedroom or in the 3 season porch on the lower level, both overlooking beautiful Lake Mille Lacs. The additional living room space has 1 full size sofa bed to provide extra comfort and relaxation. For warmer weather/Summer fun…enjoy an 18 hole golf course ( green fees not included). Many near by resorts also have boat harbors and boat, pontoon, and kayak rentals available and there are also public fire pits along the lake with fire wood provided. Or enjoy hanging out at the near by beach or on the swim dock that is just a short walk along the shore. Many games are provided inside the unit for indoor play as well as golf clubs, corn hole and other equipment for outdoor play. For cooler weather/winter fun…bring your ice house to spend some days out ice fishing or rent an ice house from near by locations. There are also amazing trails around the lake to hike, walk or ski. Check out Father Hennepin and/or Kathio State parks in the area or spend a day at the Grand Casino. No matter the season, there are always things to do. We feel that our guests are the heartbeat of our rental survival so as a thank you we always leave free gifts inside the rental for all to enjoy!

We made a last second decision to take a mini vacation to a cooler climate than missouri. This place was beautiful. Right on Mille Lacs lake where the sunrise and sunsets were stunning. The condo was clean and the decor was beautiful. Our host were very helpful. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen was like being at home. We will definitely be back.

Could not have had a more pleasant experience! Very nice 5 day stay. From initial booking throughout until checkout, communication was top notch, and was much appreciated. A small glitch in the Vrbo booking was caught by Kerry and Rhonda, and they were in instant contact with us, and on the phone immediately with Vrbo to rectify the situation. Their home is very clean, well organized, and stocked with all the essentials. Looks out over Mille Lacs lake and is located in a great spot! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again!! We had a great stay!!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, but this efficiently laid out lake condo was as well stocked and set up as we have ever stayed.The little marina that is a walk from the unit was quaint and could use a bit more length on its boat launch, but we were able to get our 24’ Sea Ray in and docked successfully. Just FYI, we went up and down the lakeshore to find a better launch and there is nothing better than Izaty’s.The hosts were perfect and had everything we could need including firewood for the community fire pits (which we used each night). The unit was spotlessly clean and even had a well stocked spice cabinet for a couple spices we forgot.For a late season meet up with our kids, this place exceeded our expectations. Thanks for opening this place up!

Kerry and Rhonda’s place was exactly what we were looking for for our annual girls trip. The place was even nicer than the pictures.Kitchen was will equipped, the large island was perfect for working, eating and late night card games. If you are planning on working, bring a hotspot. Wi-Fi is good for standard phone and tv, but not strong enough for Skype or Teams calls (but we were prepared for this). Beds were comfortable. The resort’s pool and restaurant wasn’t open, but when it is, it’s a short walk from the house.We spent our time out on the lake, which we could walk out to from the back of the house. Bring water shoes!Also, we did a beach day at the Father Hennepin State Park (10ish min drive).Overall, I great place for a fun summer weekend trip. Thanks again Kerry and Rhonda!

We recently purchased this home which was an exceptional VRBO property from previous owners. We made very few changes and will maintain an exceptional rating through VRBO. This home will eventually become our permanent residence after full retirement but we want others to enjoy it until then.

We wanted a water front property with a ton of amenities and this property checked off all of the boxes.

What makes this property unique

Walking through the front door you will say "wow!” The beautiful surroundings with tons to do and with a lake, golf course, being close to state parks and any summer and winter activities that you will fall in love with. Travel short distances to find a ton of hidden gems. You will be only 90 minutes to the twin cities, 40 minutes to Brainerd and 90 minutes to Duluth and the north shore. There is also a casino only 15 minutes away.
