5 minute walk to Lakeshore which connects to famous trail that goes all the way to Sand Harbor is THE most gorgeous coastline of the Lake that you see in the photos on travel sites. Location on lake side of the highway is Key for walking to coffee or burgers or any restaurant! Also, sounds of rushing creek water set this condo apart from the rest! True vacation mode and perfect for coffee and happy hour! We stay here often so it's fully stocked and has all the comforts needed for everyone to get a great night sleep. Mattresses are new (Westin Heavenly & Leesa) bunk beds are XL twins. Don't forget to use the milk frother for your coffee! When the weather is nice, we walk to the Hyatt for cocktails, Sunshine Cafe or Sage for breakfast, Lapitas for dinner and our evening walk on Lake shore drive to look at the gorgeous homes.

Experience Incline
Incline Village is such a special place - There are too many restaurants to choose from! Grab the ultimate chili cheese fries at Austin's after a day on the mountain or head to Mountain High Sandwich company for home made kombucha and a harmony wrap or a meat stacked sandwich on home made jalapeno cheddar rolls! Take a stroll down the beautifully kept path on Lake Shore and look at the lake front homes - heck bring the kids scooters or go for a run alone before the day is hectic. Head to burnt cedar beach. They have a bar, bathrooms, a pool with a slide, showers, paddle board rentals and a snack shack with fish tacos. I mean seriously, no planning needed, just put on our suit and and this is an easy quick weekend. I feel like I never get bored of the view but when we need a break from the sun we go bowling, indoor rock climbing or just sit on our patio and listen to the creek with a book. One of our favorite things to do is to go the Lone Eagle Grill for martinis by their fire pit.
I have so many recommendations for all my favorite spots for food, hiking and would love to help you with ideas to make the perfect trip for you!

About the host
Hosted by Brittney Cantando
We are a family of four that LOVE to travel! We spend most of our summer and winter in Tahoe and then at the request of our friends started renting it out here and there. Now, because others can enjoy Tahoe, we have the freedom to go new places. I just want others to have as much fun building traditions and memories in Tahoe as we have so please let me help make the most of your trip!! Things are fully stocked but at this point I just love to eat out, cozy up with take out at the condo or at the beach ;) Incline is so special this way -- lots of food options!
Why they chose this property
It's 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful places in the United States...If there were some Italian riviera style restaurants along the shore there would be no reason to ever leave!
What makes this property unique
It really is the perfect space for two families. Everything is for the comfort and ease of vacationing with our friends and family! The creek is so amazing to listen too while drinking coffee, happy hour and sleeping! All these condos just don't have the feeling of vacation without the sounds of running water or a lake view.
