Had a nice stay here - booked this house because it was close to the fair grounds… house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe - overall everything was great. Just be aware it’s an extra charge to use the garage- I missed that if it was in the listing - was worth it while we were there because street parking was limited due to folks parking and walking to the fair. Also there’s no keypad on the back door - so if you do park in the garage, you have to walk around to the front door to get in - not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient when traveling with a toddler… and something to be aware of. Overall, it was good and convenient for the fair

Outstanding stay in quaint neighborhood

Very nice place in a very fun but quiet neighborhood. Garage and fenced in yard were a big plus for bringing our belongings from and other state and our 2 dogs.

This was our second time at the Yellow Door and it was just as great as the first time. The check in process is very easy and the host couldn't be better to connect with. The property is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The fenced in yard, location to local places, and quiet neighborhood makes for a great time.

The yellow door was everything we could have hoped for! It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that there was plenty of supplies such as dish soap, paper products, toiletries, etc. My dogs enjoyed exploring the enclosed back yard immensely! Russ was a wonderful host from beginning to end. He was very friendly and was always prompt with his communication. We enjoyed our stay in the twin cities and will definitely look for the yellow door the next time we visit!

Twins Game Getaway

Our family stayed at the Yellow Door house to attend a Twins game. The house was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the major streets and stores.The house was clean, comfortable, and just want we needed. The communication was top notch, check in and check out was easy, and the overall stay was great. We look forward to staying here again in a few weeks.

Very comfortable house, was perfect for our weekend in the Twin Cities, close to the U of M campus. The backyard was great for our puppy, it was fenced in and worked great. At no fault of the property hosts we did have our catalytic converter stolen from our car parked on the street. I would consider using the garage for safety reasons. Otherwise, a quiet neighborhood with no other issues. Host was responsive and accommodating when we had to stay longer than check out to get our vehicle fixed. Would consider staying here again if needed.
