Relaxing Getaway on the Gulf!

Welcome to San Remo on the Gulf. We are so proud to offer this beautiful beach condo to the vacation rental market. We take pride in our standards for a beautiful, clean, and sanitized condo for your comfort and enjoyment!

This updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the quiet beach town of Redington Shores Florida. Just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St.Pete Beach. San Remo is a Gulf front condo building of just 39 units. Some of the building amenities include; heated pool and spa, large cabana with patio tables, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 large BBQ grills , just steps to the white sandy beach of the Gulf, elevators and ample parking.

This newly updated unit has all tile flooring, coastal style furniture, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. The oversized balcony has a partial view of the Gulf. The tranquil Gulf of Mexico sunsets are a must see and only steps away from the condo. The entire condo has a comfortable relaxing beach feel, soothing paint colors and the décor totally say's: I am at the BEACH! The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful coastal furniture and a work space for your computer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a full size pull out bed. The living room and bedrooms all have a sliding glass door that open out the balcony. Great place for morning coffee or a relaxing cocktail.

Don't worry about lugging too much stuff. We provide the following for your convenience: beach towels, chairs, cooler and kids beach toys. Upon request we can provide baby items for a small fee, i.e. highchair, pack-n-play, etc. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Occasionally we can accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out. Based on availability.

Wow STAY HERE!! Came to get some sun with another couple and this VRBO did not disappoint. Everything was very clean. Pool was awesome. Beach was great. This condo is well stocked you will want for nothing here. There was never a time we needed something to cook with, etc that was not there. Owners communication was excellent. We met some of the actual condo owners by the pool and had some awesome conversations, everyone was very nice. The location is perfect so many places to eat in the area. Very close to grocery stores, fish markets, convenience stores, cafes. Don’t miss going to St John’s pass. Will definitely stay here again.

Paradise

Beautiful beach home and the location was so convenient for families who love the beach and sunsets. Not a busy beach area which we loved. We saw manatees, dolphins, and found some beautiful shells and sand dollars on the sand bar out in the ocean. The house was so well stocked and very clean. Host was accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy access to the beach and a chill vibe.

Decent place to stay

The condo itself was good but the condo association should consider some work outside, the parking lot was in rough shape, drains in the parking lot were clogged, and the grill area very poor, couldn't be used. The pool and pool area was fantastic, well maintained and the cleaning staff for the lobby and hallways was excellent. Our condo had several unexpected issues, such as the washer was not working, the AC went out and the main lights in the kitchen, the electrical to the switch was bad. The landlord was quick to respond to these issues but it did tie us down to waiting on maintenance to show up to fix things.

Thank you very much for the detailed review. I am very sorry that you experienced some inconvenience caused by unexpected issues in the condo. I am very sorry that you had spent some time for waiting for the service, we tried to do our best to fix everything quickly and you received $200 refund, which almost compensated you one day of your vacation. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with the grill area and the parking lot conditions. The entire Gulf Coast area went through 2 devastating hurricanes in September-October 2024, and our beautiful pool and modern grill zone were completely destroyed. We’ve got the pool and jacuzzi back only 2 months ago. Now our management is working hard to make improvements to parking and grill

Perfect beach spot

The San Remo is located gulf side right on Redington Shores. It is walking distance to a couple local restaurants and ice cream. We were a little skeptical intially about the 1st floor but it was probably our fav condo w'eve stayed in yet. It was super clean and had a little balcony view of the ocean. I did go and buy a couple more beach towels as there were only 4 and we are a family of 5 but no biggie. We had plenty of towels to shower and a washer and dryer in the unit, which was quite convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Our new Florida favorite!

We were very comfortable and appreciated the owners focus on the guest experience. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was as advertised. The surrounding neighborhoods and towns were clean and safe. Lots of great restaurants/shops that were easily accessible. We spent most of our time at the pool and/or beaches but rested well each night in this great condo. We were recharged and ready for more fun each day!

Spring Break 2025

We stayed here March 22-March 29 2025 for spring break. The pool unfortunately was not done but we were told before we arrived. The condo has everything you could need- beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys- you really don't need to bring anything. It is decorated very nicely and the balcony is very nice and big. Would definitely stay here again.
