Wonderful time. Place was spotless, comfortable and safe. Pool was wonderful and the beach was great. I will be booking here again. Host communicated great and the check in was easy. Honestly- one of the best vrbo’s my wife and I have stayed at.

Great location, you don't need a car. Very walkable to stores and restaurants. Take the free trolley to the village. And watching the sunset on the beach is awesome!

Convenience is an understatement. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops, food markets, and of course the beach and pool. The accommodations are clean and modern—providing everything we needed for a throughly enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Great rental, looks just like the pictures. Best location on SK in our opinion at the southern side of the island. Lots of restaurants/bars 1-2 blocks away, beach 2 blocks aways and community pool 1 block away.

A comfortable unit, well equipped and clean and in a good location for bars, restaurants and the beach. I thought the pool was part of the complex but it was only a short walk away.

Condo is exceptionally clean and new looking inside. Pool is about a block away and shared with neighborhood area; nice pool and set up. Beach is 2blocks away with very small access area; location is not right on the beach. Very close to restaurants and bars; easy to find. Excellent communication with host.

The bed and couch were very comfortable! It was great having the wagon, chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach being so close and we definitely utilized them. We loved the patio and the rain shower in the bathroom was a luxury. Right by the trolley stops and some good places to eat. Also, I was concerned about privacy being by the road but it was quiet and the sound machine helped. We loved all the hooks around to hang our hats, towels and suits. We swept often to handle the excess sand from our feet. I would have liked blackout curtains in the bedroom and a couple throw rugs around the bed for more comfort and to avoid getting sand in the bed. Needs more hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom so we don’t have to use so many paper towels. Overall, great place to stay. Definitely would consider staying here again in beautiful siesta key!

Great location in Siesta Key. Janice, the host, was on point with her communication! The place had one parking space included which was right outside the door! Very clean and updated! Pool was about a 100 yard walk and nice. Sand is 150 yards around the corner, very close. A few bars and restaurants. Go to Captain Kirk’s for good food and drinks! 7-11 c store across the street.

We had a great 2-night stay in South Village - Siesta Key. Although the weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed our time. The location was excellent, with many outstanding restaurants just across the property. We also appreciated how beautiful, clean, safe, and well-maintained the property is. Everything we could need, was there, including beach rolling cart, chairs, towels, umbrella, and toys! Communication was always excellent. We'd definitely love to come back when the weather is better! Thank you, Janice!

This home is perfect on so many levels! You can walk to the beach in 2 min. The home has everything you need. The home is located near plenty of restaurants to walk to. You can grab the free trolley outside of the door. Safe area and equipped with everything you need to cook and be comfortable. Outdoor shower located in the courtyard that is shared. They have a pool access up the road towards the beach. We didn’t use it but it’s very nice. The communication with the owners was wonderful. They answer very quickly and are beyond kind. Parking is in front of the house, that made us so happy. They are located in a more quiet area of siesta key beach. A 10min ride on the trolley to the village. Perfect size for 2-3 people(one on the pull out couch and 2 in the main bedroom). I will def be back again. Turtle beach is a 3-5 min drive up the road. Great area to launch out to paddle board towards midnight pass with crystal blue water and nature all around. 100 stars from us. Thank you again!!!!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is beautiful and stylish. It lives quite large for its size and has everything thing you need. We would certainly stay again. The bed was very comfortable as was everything else. Very clean.Lots of food and fun just down from your door.

We had a great weekend! The condo is very small but it was as advertised and had everything we needed. We never moved our car because everything we wanted was walking distance- great location!
