A true retreat

We had a lovely time as a family sharing this beautiful vacation rental. The property is elegant and well-maintained, there is good climate control inside, and the beds are comfortable. The lake is crystal clear and pristine, and we did a lot of swimming and used the canoe and kayaks. Getting to the lake was easy for all but one of our group, who has mobility issues; access is down a long hill with a pea gravel path. Overall, it was a lovely cottage holiday and we would recommend it to friends.

This property is absolutely stunning and so thoughtfully designed. It has all the amenities and comforts you could need, set in a beautiful natural environment. The modern design, open layout, and cozy seating areas made every part of our stay comfortable and inviting. The home is very clean and clearly well cared for, with every room decorated and furnished with comfort in mind.The waterfront access is a bit of a challenge due to the slope, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining the path, and once you’re down there, the clear water and total privacy make it more than worth it. The long, bumpy drive in might feel like a trek, but as soon as you arrive you realize it’s part of the experience, and you won’t want to leave once you’re there.It was the perfect spot for our team retreat of 9 people, giving us space to both work and relax. We had everything we needed, and the mix of comfort, style, and nature made it unforgettable.
