Property was very nice right on the lake. Owner responded quickly to all my questions. Kitchen was fully loaded.

Unfortunately our stay was not good. I have made a list of the major issues. I feel that when spending substantial money for two nights stay, I should be able to expect an enjoyable experience. Ours was definitely less than par. Below is a list of the major issues experienced that should be addressed:-Floor is extremely dirty -Ants everywhere in the house, on patio and even invaded our vehicles. -Propane Gas empty & your regulator leaks -Vent fan above stove does not work, nor the light -Shower does not drain, clumps of hair -Coffee maker extremely dirty and is leaking-Air fryer had moldy bread left inside when we arrived -Peoples shoes thrown all around the property. We stacked them. -Dirty awning on back porch and installed incorrectly-Lack of utensils (no knives, barely any silverware, no cookie sheet) -AC was at 85 when we arrived. Very stuffy and not pleasant for unloading. -No washcloths-No fitted sheets on beds -And the worst was the steps down to the lake needs anti-slip strips. My son slipped and busted up his right leg from the knee down. Thankfully, it wasn’t my husband that fell. That would have meant a hospital trip for sure. Hopefully, the owner will address these issues and assure that they do not happen to anyone else.

Our goal is always to ensure our guests have a great experience, and we’re proud to consistently receive 5-star reviews. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. After checking the property, the only issue we found was a slow-draining shower, along with the known vent fan and stove light concern. Other than that, everything appears to be in order. Regarding the cost, not sure why you mentioned you paid over $1,600. The holiday weekends do come with higher rates across all short-term rentals, our pricing remains lower than many comparable properties with similar space and amenities. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback. I had pictures and videos these issues you wrote after you left. Please to be honest.
