Downstairs, you’ll find the ultimate Junior Suite Game Room, complete with two sets of bunk beds (4 bunks total), a full bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a convertible game table that switches from ping-pong to air hockey in seconds.

• Private Hillside Trolley: Skip the stairs and travel with ease! Load up your luggage and enjoy a rare luxury as your private trolley system carries you effortlessly up and down the hillside directly to the main home. A scenic, convenient experience unlike anything else in Lake Arrowhead. (Fully updated 2026. Please operate under adult supervision.)

• Private Beach & Brand-New Dock (2026): Step down to your own private shoreline and newly built dock. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, or fish right from the property in crystal-clear mountain waters.
(Note: Per Arrowhead Lake Association regulations, short-term renters are not permitted to launch motorized boats. Guests 16 and older who plan to fish will need a valid California Fishing License.)

• Dockside Cabana & Lakeside Gazebo: Enjoy the ultimate lakefront lifestyle with a shaded cabana featuring a mini fridge for cold drinks, or retreat to the peaceful gazebo for reading and relaxation. Sun loungers and life vests are provided by the water. Please bring your own beach towels.
