Property was clean, comfortable, with great decor. Great location to Univ Puget Sound, and easy access to restaurants, shops, sights. Host/s were very responsive. Overall great stay!
This is a cute spot to stay. Easy access to many shops and attractions. Coming from a family perspective with small children, we might not return because of the lack of noise barrier between the bottom and top floor (we stayed on the bottom). The sounds of people walking, the tv, and other particular sounds a couple upstairs might make are reasons why we might not return.Beyond this, the home is welcoming and a cute place to stay.
We rented this house during a visit to our student ups. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It is walking distance to several coffee shops. And it is only a few minutes from the university. Perfect location.
The house was nice. The real issue was that it smelled awful. When you unlock the front door to the entry way it smells like pee and a dumpster. And then the rooms themselves all smelled like sewage we tried airing out the house by opening all the windows and lighting candles but the smell just wouldn’t go away. The house itself was nice and in a nice area but the smell was just awful.
Nice place to stay, well appointed. I would only recommend a couple of small things that would include garbage bags for the garbage, a few more hangers and dryer sheets or dryer balls to use. Thanks!
It was great. We were not there much except to sleep, and the bed was super comfortable. Great area, near the old timey Frisco Freeze (you should check it out.) North Tacoma is lovely and house after house and yard after yard were beautifully kept up. Great area for walks. Tacoma has kept the integrity of the vintage houses. I was so impressed. And then there is Puget Sound, the Olympics, and Mt. Ranier to dazzle you. Highly recommend this rental.
