About this property

This is our home away from home, very clean and well maintained, smoke free, pet friendly, beautiful, west facing, with a large, enclosed patio to soak up the warmth of the sun and to enjoy the stunning mountain and golf course views during the day, and the sunsets over the mountains in the evenings.

Our home is a private, end unit, with a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, pot lights, granite fireplace and kitchen counters, a TV with Bose audio system in the spacious living room, and a full surround sound, 78” TV in the separate media room, including electric leather recliners, there is a King bed in the vaulted master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, the condo is fully furnished and well equipped throughout, just a nice, quiet place to enjoy and relax.

Overall enjoyable stay for the month of November 2023.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and large enough for ourselves/guests, outdoor space was enjoyable. The TV room/sound system was great! Beds were very comfortable. The gate staff were friendly and attentive. Pool/hot tub areas clean and never too busy.

Property 44718 West facing Palm Desert

Our stay in this beautiful townhouse in Monteray Country Club was wonderful. Beautiful views. Excellent golf greens and tennis courts. every convenience of home and more. Very convenient location to shopping and recreation. we will definately rebook in the future. Thank you!

We are both retired, Michael from flying the B-767 as a Captain for Air Canada, and Leanne from teaching piano; after 3 years of looking, we found this beautiful condo, our new home away from home, our retirement heaven!

We are both residents of Nanaimo, B.C., Canada, and split our time between here and there, the best of both worlds.

We found this property to be in the best location in the whole valley, very close to El Paseo shopping, restaurants, central to pretty much everything; also, as well as having 36 swimming pools with spas, the whole of the country club is gated, very well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff.
