Lovely home that suited 3 adults and 3 children.Stockland Mall, highway and parks are very close.There is a daycare, primary school and high school across from the house but it is quiet and not too busy (only when you pass the high school). This property was clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. We were a group of 5 adults and needed 4 bedrooms, so it ticked the boxes. Its a nearly new home and while its quite small, it was perfectly fine for our stay. The only thing missing was an umbrella for over the outdoor table for dining in the Perth summer ... but otherwise well appointed... would recommend to travellers.
