Sunset Captiva 58. Charming 3-bedroom home in the heart of Captiva village.

Unwind in Captiva at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 Kings and a full) including a loft with a full futon. Can sleep 6 people. Guests will have plenty of space to relax. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beach, or a swim in the community swimming pool, or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat It's a short walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. House comes with a street legal golf cart and access to a boat dock across the street. (Have to reserve the dock space ahead of time). We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. The pool and pool house renovation will be occurring August 18,2025 - September 30, 2025.Dates may change without notice.

I highly recommend this property. It was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host was very friendly and helpful and the communication was outstanding. Not to mention all of the amenities that were included! She even went out of her way to have popcorn and snacks for the kids to watch movies during some rainy times.

Lovely home and amenities. Comfy mattresses and a perfect layout for our family. The home was immaculate and cozy. Our host, Becky, went above and beyond! Lovely garden area for relaxing and sunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful home—exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the amenities, including the golf cart and cruiser bikes, which made exploring the area so much fun. The neighborhood features a fantastic pool and pickleball courts that we used frequently. Additionally, the proximity to beach access and local restaurants was very convenient; everything is easily accessible by foot, bike, or golf cart.
