This has the potential to be a great rental however it needs a deep cleaning and a bit of updating. The floors were very dirty so that after a shower if you walked around barefoot you got very dirty feet. The kitchen was very sparsely furnished with the bare necessities. The one cup Keurig did not work so we had to go down to the lobby every morning to get a cup of coffee. The people who worked in the lobby were wonderful with ensuring we had water for the small Keurig they have there as they aren’t open in early am. It was very appreciated. The location was good.
