RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.
Before the name of the villa was VILLA CRISTINA. If you see the villa in google map you find villa Cristina, not el reconet de n'Aina.

House built in 2006, for 6 people with spacious living room and private pool (measures 8 x4 - 1 mts depth -1.5 mts depth- 2.00 mts depth ). Fresh water. Very quiet place. Ideal for families with children or seeking peace people. Just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 6km from cala san Vicente and 2 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautics sports, in puerto pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre.
Both pollença town, puerto pollensa or cala san vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little).

Family Trip

Really enjoyable stay, property has everything you could need. Joan very responsive and helpful getting us some groceries before we arrived. Great location near Pollenca and plenty of amenities.Only question was regarding pool pumps which didn’t seem to operate in our time there so I had to clean using the net most days.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this property. The owner was friendly, helpful, and always available if any issues came up.The highlights for us were definitely the pool and garden — both were lovely and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four.Having a car was essential, but the location made it easy to get around. It was only about a 10-minute drive to Port de Pollença, and supermarkets were conveniently located just 5 minutes away.We’d happily recommend this villa to others and would love to return!

Lovely villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The villa is in a quiet location a short drive into Pollença or Port de Pollença. The villa was just what we needed and we loved the pool and table tennis table. Joan the owner lives nearby and was very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely Villa close to the beach

We had a great 2 week stay here. The bbq area was great and the ppol accomodated 4 adults and 2 5 year olds. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan in the living area which helped with the heat. The villa is in a great location. It was a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach and an even shorter drive to Pollenca old town where there is a small Eroski. The larger Eroski supermarket and Lidl are also a short drive away

Excellent comfortable villa

We stayed here in August 2022. The villa is very comfortable, well appointed and was a pleasure to stay in. The kids loved the pool and were in it every spare minute. Joan was kind and friendly, left us to enjoy the villa but was on hand if we needed him. Would highly recommend the villa to anybody looking for an enjoyable stay in Mallorca. Just hire a car!

Beautiful property close to Pollença

We were a group of 4 people and used the accommodation for a cycling vacation. The location is very quiet and somewhat secluded near Pollenca. Both Port de Pollenca and Pollenca itself can be reached quickly by bike. For us, it was a perfect starting point for one-day cycling trips to the most beautiful climbs in the northwest of the island (Puig Major, Sa Calobra, Cap Formentor,...). The check-in was super uncomplicated, the house and the pool are very well maintained. The landlord Joan was very accommodating and always available. I would come back at any time.

Fantastic Host

We really enjoyed our stay. Joan has been a fantastic host, from detailled information that he provided before our stay to quickly answered questions during it, evertything was smooth and uncomplicated. The pool is big enough for four people and the covered ping pong table a huge plus. Some minor inconveniences were the mosquitoes we had to deal with and some small potholes in the driveway that could be filled, but nothing huge. The house itself is well kept and spacious and we would love to stay there again during a future visit to this beautiful island. Thanks again Joan for everything!

Such a beautiful peaceful villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here...2 adults and 3 young children. The villa was lovely and spacious, and Joan, the owner was on hand whenever you needed him, but never intrusive. A lovely, friendly man, with knowledge of the best places to eat and visit. The villa has beautiful, well kept gardens, with fantastic views of the mountains completely unspoiled with being slightly out of the town. It was so peaceful at night, sitting outside with a gin and tonic and the sound of the crickets for company. Just a 5 minute car ride into Pollenca town, a beautiful place with old buildings and winding streets. If you're considering a holiday in this area I would definitely recommend staying in one of Joan's properties, you won't regret it!

Peaceful, relaxing, perfect.

We have been going as a family to Mallorca for the past 16 years. During this time we have stayed in many villas and I have to say that this is one villa that I would happily recommend and equally return to. The locations is great for Pollença, Puerto Pollença and the local supermarkets yet with all this virtually on the doorstep (5 mins drive max) you are remote enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The villa itself is well kept, clean tidy and well equipped. The owner is highly courteous and helpful and seems to pride himself of speed and customer service. When you need him he is there, or responding instantly, when you don't need him he leaves you alone and isn't popping in every five minutes (as we have found in other locations previously). Cleaners come mid week to sweep round and change the linen. Nothing more to say that, i woudl 100% return! THANK YOU! Aaron.

Perfect holiday!

Great holiday villa. We stayed for 2 weeks, with our two young children (3 and 6), and their grandparents. It is in a fantastic location, approx 10mins drive to various beaches, 2 mins drive to the supermarket, 5 mins drive to Pollenca. You do need a car. Located in a really peaceful area, calm and quiet - perfect for a relaxing break. But still only 10mins drive to the restaurants on the waterfront. Our favourite beaches were at Puerto Pollenca - even in school holidays they weren't too busy, and parking was no problem at all. The villa itself was perfect for our needs, really safe for the kids, the swimming pool and outdoor area is really well set out, we pretty much spent our whole time outside apart from sleeping and cooking! The villa is well presented, clean, well looked after, the rooms are a good size with plenty of space and storage. The air con in the bedrooms is great for overnight. The villa is well set out with most of it on one level, which was great for our needs. The owner, Joan, is friendly and really helpful, popping in to see if everything was OK. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a super-relaxing holiday, in a great location, with beautiful beaches and great restaurants nearby.

trĂšs belle semaine de vacances en famille dans cette trĂšs belle maison. la maison est parfaitement placĂ©e dans un environnement trĂšs calme mais Ă  proximitĂ© des supermarchĂ©s, de la ville et du port. la piscine est parfaite. la maison est trĂšs bien en terme de literie notamment. Tolles Haus, ruhige LageWir (zwei Familien mit je einem Kind) haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus, die Ausstattung und der Pool entsprachen genau der Beschreibung – alles war gepflegt und funktional, ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Tolles Feature fĂŒr uns war die Tischtennisplatte.Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, und trotzdem sind Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar – das hat uns besonders gut gefallen.Ein Wermutstropfen war die KĂŒchenausstattung: Hier gab es leichte AbzĂŒge bei der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand von Geschirr und GlĂ€sern. FĂŒr sechs Personen war es insgesamt etwas knapp bemessen, die GlĂ€ser waren zu klein, insgesamt wĂ€re eine Auffrischung des Geschirrs wĂŒnschenswert bzw. zu empfehlen.Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass unsere Hinweise im Hinblick auf Reinigung der KĂŒche und Funktion einer Klimaanlage schnell und freundlich aufgenommen und reagiert wurde!Nicht ganz so wichtig, aber der VollstĂ€ndigkeit halber: Der Fernseher war fĂŒr uns nicht nutzbar, da die Bedienung nicht selbsterklĂ€rend und keine Anleitung vorhanden war (der Fussballabend fiel somit aus).Unser Fazit: Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit tollem Pool und bester Lage. Eine echte Empfehlung – eine volle Top-Bewertung wĂ€re es geworden, wenn die kleinen MĂ€ngel in der KĂŒche behoben worden wĂ€ren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Haus mit ein bisschen Mangel

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und hat auch einen ansprechenden Aussenbereich. Leider hat es mit der Sauberkeit ein bisschen gehapert. Auf der KĂŒche (SpĂŒlbecken und Ablage) liefen kleine Tiere. Im Bad traf man Nachts schwarze KĂ€fer. Es herrschte auch ein Mangel an WasserglĂ€ser. BierglĂ€ser gab es gar nicht, dafĂŒr genug SektglĂ€ser. Die Kaffeemaschine brauchte ca. 15 Minuten um 4 Tassen Kaffee zu produzieren.Da wir jedes Jahr eine Finca oder ein Ferienhaus buchen, haben wir gute Vergleichmöglichkeiten. Als wir ankamen war nichts im Haushalt. Nichteinmal ein einziges Geschirr Tab. Es schien als ob jemand alle beweglichen Haushaltsreste der Vormieter entfernt hat. Der erste Gang war ersteinmal zum Lidl um eine Grundausstattung zu kaufen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle eine Klimaanlage, die auch nach langer Einschaltzeit zu einer ertrĂ€glichen Temperatur verhalf. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hat sich allerdings so stark erhitzt, dass ich bezweifle dass dies durch die Klimaanlage runtergekĂŒhlt werden kann.Ein ĂŒblicher Willkommensgruß fehlte auch gĂ€nzlich.Wir haben trotz dieser MĂ€ngel einen schönen Urlaub erlebt, der durch einfache Massnahmen noch ein Tick besser hĂ€tte werden können.

Belle maison au calme et prĂšs de tout

Bon contact avec le propriétaire, procedure d arrivée tranquille avec boite à clé. Piscine sympa propre avec un escalier, profondeur de 1 mÚtre à 2 mÚtres, pas pour nager. Maison assez grande, clim dans les chambres(clim assez ancienne). Au niveau de la cuisine, le four assez vieux mais il fonctionne, il y a pas beaucoup de vaisselles ou plats, c est un point négatif, des bols en plastique ca fait un peu bizarre. Les alentours sont plats dommage qu il n y ai pas de vélo. Sympa pour faire des footings. Le mer est à 5 mns en voiture et la plage du port de pollenca à 12 mns. La maison est bien située pour aller randonner dans les montagnes . On recommande, nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances

Pure Erholung in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Meine Frau und ich hatten das Haus fĂŒr eine Woche gebucht und wir haben uns prĂ€chtig erholt. Das Haus und auch der Pool waren gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist ideal, ein Mietwagen ist natĂŒrlich empfehlenswert. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Pollensa, mehrere SupermĂ€rkte sind mit dem Auto in fĂŒnf Minuten zu erreichen. Die pittoreske Stadt Pollensa ist auch in gut fĂŒnf Minuten erreichbar, Puerto de Pollensa und Alcudia in zehn bis fĂŒnfzehn Minuten. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung des Hauses rustikal gemĂŒtlich. Auch die gut ausgestattete KĂŒche und die beiden Badezimmer haben uns ĂŒberzeugt. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen und Anliegen stets zur Stelle und respektierte die PrivatsphĂ€re der GĂ€ste jederzeit. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, aber dennoch schnell zu Restaurants, StrĂ€nden und schönen StĂ€dten kommen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. Ca'n bou petit, REF: 459081 ( for10 persons and 2 more persons opcional ) and ca na Polida, REF: 219 , for 6 persons. All villas very good situated and quiets.
We rent this villas for more than 25 years ( can bou petit ) and more 15 years ( ca na polida ), and we never have any trouble with my customers.

Why they chose this property

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is new, is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

What makes this property unique

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.

Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others.
