Great location and stunning views

My husband and I along with my 3 young adult children stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing. The location was perfect. We went into Incline Village for e-biking, rented a boat for the day in Tahoe Village and hit the beach in Kings Beach for kayaking. The views from the condo were the best from any location we went to. We even saw 2 bears on the property. Great trip. Would recommend this condo to everyone.

Location is amazing. Love the area. Condo great except for a few things (carpet old n stained, poor drainage in upstairs bath/shower). But overall great stay. We didn’t have correct gait code but local VR handled that complaint.

Hi Barry, thanks for sharing your experience! We're so glad you loved the area—it really is a special spot. Appreciate you pointing out the carpet and drainage issues; we’re working on updates to keep things fresh and comfortable. Sorry about the gate code hiccup, but happy to hear our team got it sorted. Hope to have you back again soon!

The unit was really good, particularly the location and view of the lake. It was a lot of fun to stay there.3 things:(1) The living room carpet had several stains… while it did not deter from enjoying the property it was noticed right upon arriving.(2) The downstairs had a smoky smell upon arrival. After awhile it went away. I do know if it is a non-smoking unit but if it isn’t the owner might consider making it one.(3) The unit did not have a BBQ grill. I think the listing should specifically state it does not have a BBQ rather than merely excluding a BBQ from the list of amenities… I think it is assumed such units would have BBQs
