Perfect for families, friends, or couples, this home has everything you could need for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Only 10 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, this home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounded by nature. Enjoy local restaurants, swim at the beach, and after that come back and relax in the Jacuzzi, grill up a nice meal, make some s'mores with the free s'mores kit we provide, and then watch a movie on our 65' TV with surround sound, a fire place, and neon lighting synced up to the movie!

Beautiful house. Simple quiet neighborhood. King bed master was extremely comfortable but you may want to bring your own pillows they aren’t the most comfortable. Other than that great spot.

Lovely pet-friendly cottage only about 15 min from the beaches in a quiet neighborhood. We like to travel with our dogs and kids, and this spot made it so easy - everyone got their own room, we had a full kitchen, and the host supplied everything needed for a comfy stay and more. One touch my kids really loved was being greeted by a full smores kit for the fireplace and popsicles already in the freezer! We already told other family members about this cozy spot and we would definately return again. Thank you!

This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was updated nicely and well-maintained. The location is only a short drive from the beach. The host was quick to respond with any questions, and he left one of the most detailed instruction binders I have ever seen at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was such a great home for a relaxing vacation! The yard was perfect for our dog to run and enjoy and we really loved the hot tub to wind down each evening! The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to the beach. The home was so clean and the guide that the host has in the kitchen and all the light switches and remotes being labeled made everything very easy to find and figure out. We didn’t use it, but the added bonus of a s’mores kit in the kitchen was a really thoughtful touch! We will absolutely stay here again for future beach trips, it made traveling with our dog so easy!

Property is located in a good location is less than 10 minutes from I-95. Located about 30 minutes from the ocean convention center right in Daytona Beach. Daytona speedway is 30 minutes away. It's about 20 minutes to New Smyrna Beach. House has a private backyard. I would suggest more TVS only one in main living space. Bring your own ice!
