Welcome to this charming home in Zwolle. Perfect mid lake location close to all the popular spots such as the famous Cypress bend golf course overlooking the lake, cypress bend park, Toledo Town, The Fishermans Gallery and Lost frontier bar and restaurant. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 bunk bed, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Additionally, there is an office space with a bunk bed for extra comfort. All are comfortable, brand new memory foam beds. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The property features 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower with bath soap shampoo and conditioner. There is a full laundryroom with washer, dryer and a commercial ice maker for filling up coolers. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking family meals, including a full coffee bar with coffee pot and k cup maker. Relax and take in the amazing sunsets and sunrises on the huge back deck overlooking the lake. Cook out on the smoker/charcoal grill on the patio on the waters edge while lounging in front of a fire in the fire pit. There is also a huge pier to tie your boat to or fish right off the pier rigged with 10 fishing yoyos, just bring your bait, for that fresh fish dinner. The property also feature 1 carport with 2 stalls to store your boats under with plenty of room for parking. There is a free boat launch in the neighborhood. We think our place will help you experience everything Toledo Bend has to offer.

Pets: are allowed at $100 per pet, per stay that is brought to the property. Please select pet at booking, then message me with the breed as some are not allowed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
106 Meadowbrook Dr Zwolle, LA 71486. There is a wire to hook the left gate open to the chain length fence as it won't stay open.
Pets are allowed with a $50 cleaning fee so if you did not include your furry family on the reservation please message me so I can send the invoice
Please be aware of our no parking signs in the yard. This is where our septic sprinkler heads are. The lock box is on the wooden post to the right of the door. Enter code 1245 pull down on latch.

Family Getaway

Four families and everyone was satisfied. We went boating, kayaking, fishing and golfing. We used the smoker and lit a fire to roast marshmallows. Everything was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious

Plenty of room for trucks and boats, little tricky getting turned around but it’s not too bad. Left my 100’ extension cord on the porch after the trip, messaged Carol the next day I paid the shipping and she got it shipped to me the same day. Excellent place to stay mid lake, the place is clean and has plenty of room inside.

10/10 Place to Stay!!!

My fiancé and I had such a great peaceful time at this place for the long holiday weekend! We were able to bring our dogs and they definitely enjoyed swimming whenever they wanted to! This place was perfect and close to Toledo town, so we were able to go into town if we needed anything or wanted to get something to eat! A lot of places have not so great beds, and the bed we slept on was so comfy! We got great sleep after a long day of being on the water and playing with the dogs. This place was perfect, it had everything we needed, an awesome deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather, a nice place closer to the water to cook some food and relax and watch the dogs swim, AND our dogs absolutely loved jumping off of the dock while we sat down there as well. we also loved all the landscaping, our dogs enjoyed to lay in the mulch for some reason, and there was more than enough room for parking if bringing a family or multiple vehicles!  We will definitely be booking this place on our next trip to the lake, as we love coming here often! We will definitely be recommending to anyone who wants to come enjoy this lake!
