Beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath end unit townhouse with saline heated pool (open June-Sept) and ocean views from the 4 balconies!. 1860 sq feet with lot's of light from end unit townhouse. Under unit parking for two cars. Up a flight of stairs to the main floor which has been newly renovated with porcelain wood like plank floors, modern kitchen with quartz countertops and center island with seating for four, all new stainless steel appliances with wine refrigerator. Separate dinning area with seating for 6. Separate living room with 55 inch smart TV, sectional sofa and queen sleeper sofa and side ocean view balcony with seating to enjoy the views. Up a flight of stairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All bedrooms with new decor, bedding and window treatments. Master and queen bedroom also have side ocean view balcony. Brand new master bath for 2018 with soaking tub and double quartz vanity. Updated hall bath completed with modern touches for 2021. Just 1 block to the beautiful beach. Full access to home and amenities. Linens/towels included if needed. Lot's to do near by and less than a 10 minute drive to Cape May and Wildwood Boardwalk. 6-8 beach chairs, beach caddy, toys and umbrellas available for your use too! Private outside shower. No pets, parties, grilling or smoking on premise. Owner's french bull dog may visit a couple times a year. Owner is now a licensed PA real estate agent.

Wonderful Unit with a great location. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative. The Unit is well stocked and has everything you need for your stay including beach equipment such as a buggy and chairs. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again next year.

Amazing place

Place was perfect. Location was close to the beach. Living room and beds were so comfortable. Big kitchen. We loved our stay and will definitely book again. Not having to bring beach chairs was convenient.

Wonderful Vacation

My children and I had a great time staying in this lovely townhouse. Since it is close to the beach it was easy to tote the baby and all her stuff, plus the owner gave us the use of their beach cart and chairs. We never felt crowded in the spacious kitchen and living room. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Diamond beach condo

Great location, condo very spacious for our family of 7 ( 5 adults 2 children). Loved the pool, outside decks and the beach chairs and wagon were greatly appreciated. Carrie was very easy to contact and we loved the treats she left us!

Great vacation in Diamond Beach!

We had a great stay at this property last week. We were attending our cousins wedding across th street at the Hotel Icona. The unit was recently updated and very beautiful and clean. The location was very convenient too. We hope to book a week later in the season.

Beach utopia

Where do I start.We had a beautiful week,the home was wonderfully located close to the beach and was beautifully furnished and maintained perfectly! We have been traveling to the Outerbanks the last 15 Year’s and thought nothing would compare, but I must say this property and it’s location was just as relaxing and beautiful as the Banks! Thanks Carrie for the wonderful week we spent at your house and the many memories our family will cherish for years to come! I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants the total beach experience it has it all.

This condo is lovely and the owner and manager were a pleasure to deal with. The closer access to the beach (as compared to Wildwood-proper) was a plus for us. One note, which is not a complaint, just a note - the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, but not so much with serving dishes and serving and cooking utensils. So if plan on eating in a lot, bring some along.

Great Wildwood Beach Rental

My family and I loved our stay at Carrie's townhome and would definitely stay again. The first floor was completely remodeled and was beautiful. Amazing kitchen with all upscale finishes and everything you need to cook for the week and a dining table that could seat 6. The living room had a huge sectional couch and a smaller pullout sleeper sofa. Small balconies on the front and back of the townhome. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms had private balconies. The bathrooms were not updated but were very clean and worked perfect for a weeks stay. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk from the front door to the water. Townhome had two spots for parking. We all very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

We have stayed at several units in Oceana over the past 10 years and this was definitely our favorite. It was well stocked and exactly as advertised. The closet with the beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella) was a big plus for us as we did not have to bring our own.

Girls Weekend

Carrie was great and very responsive with helping my friends and I who have never been to this area before with questions. She provided a guide on places to go and places to eat. It was quiet and so close to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. We had an amazing time!

Perfect Beach Property!

Beautiful townhome in the perfect location. The owner, Carrie was always accessible and very helpful! There were many special touches provided, including a hand written welcome note! All items needed for the perfect beach vacation were right at our finger tips. These items included beach chairs, umbrella’s and boogie boards. We would definitely rent this property again!

Cleaning crew or previous renters did not clean slider door windows to deck or rugs in front of decks and stairs had not been sweeped and floor around kitchen counter could have been cleaned better .Recycle out back totally full when we arrived and we could not use

Diamond Beach... Perfect Beach Vacation!

What an amazing trip! This home is absolutely perfect! It’s very clean, extremely cozy, not to mention the decor is beautiful. You can’t ask for a better location and Carrie ( the owner) is an absolute pleasure to work with. If your looking for a place to rent, look no further. We enjoyed our time at the beach, pool, and exploring the town! Our only regret is not staying longer! We are already talking about renting again in the future. The owner is very thorough and organized. She’s very easy to communicate with and is always available if you have a question. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us, we are missing it already!

The home is beautifully redone. Nice location everything you could want within walking distance. We really enjoyed the pool. Covered deck to enjoy we had lunch on the deck most days. If there was any advice I could give it would be to take your own bedding and towels. The only reason I say this is because the dryer took forever. It rained our last day so doing laundry all day wasn’t a big deal. I can also say if you need anything owner was quick to respond.

Exceptional Home and Hosts!!

This was my family's second consecutive year vacationing in Diamond Beach. First, this town home was simply fantastic! Carrie and Mike are so accommodating, professional and responsive that it made our stay that much more memorable! My wife and I have three young children and we all felt right at home in this spacious and comfortable home. The owners have invested so much into the renovations that it almost feels like a brand new home. Diamond Beach is a wonderful family oriented area, and so close to all the shore has to offer. With the Wildwood Boardwalk minutes away in one direction, and charming Cape May minutes in the other direction. Cannot thank the owners enough for making this our home away from home for many more family vacations to come; and we are literally counting down the days to return as your guests!!

What makes this property unique

Living on two spacious floors with covered parking right under our unit. End unit (west side) gives the unit a very open feel with lots of windows. All 3 bedrooms are one level up from the main floor.
