Enjoy lakefront access with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Lake Chatuge with an indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. With a dock and nearby marina, guests can choose to rent boats, jet skis or kayaks for fun on the lake. Our guests enjoy a 10% discount on rentals at YHWATERSPORTS.com with promo code CrescentCove. Enjoy plenty of local eateries and restaurants. Blue Ridge or Helen, GA are only 45 minutes away where lots of fun awaits in either direction. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn both icemakers off if used and set the thermostat to auto with cool to 78 and heat to 65.
Please place ALL trash in bags & in the green bin. Make sure the lid is closed to prevent animals from getting to the trash. All boxes must be broken down for pickup. Trash pick up is on Thursdays.
Please make sure all doors are locked, including the sliding glass doors and doors leading into the house from the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be gentle to our septic system. Only flush toilet paper; do not flush anything else down the toilet even if the item is considered "flushable"
Please ensure outdoor furniture is covered upon checkout.

This property was perfect for a family vacation. The lake and mountain view was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equiped with extra little touches that made the stay much nicer(coffeebar, toiletries, wine bar). The floor plan was expansive and felt very roomy. The communication with Simone was great. She was very responsive and the check in process was simple and very informative. Our family has been staying in Hiawassee for several years and this house has been our favorite by far. We can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful home and beautiful views. We had a great time enjoying the kitchen where we played games, watched movies and ate together. We enjoyed the area downstairs where we played pool, ping pong and air hockey while listening to music on the tv. The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly and even alerted us to potential bad weather in the area. A truly awesome place to stay and visit.

Lakehouse is spacious and beautifully decorated with many safety details that were appreciated because of the small children in our group. The location is excellent and the new dock was enjoyed by the adults. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns and was very friendly. Summer Kick off

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Chatuge. The home was stunning inside and out—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty to do for our group of 7 girls, 2 parents, and 2 sets of grandparents. Whether relaxing on the porch, enjoying the lake, or spending time together in the cozy living spaces, there was something for everyone. The property owners were wonderful—very attentive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Every thing was perfect. The house was the best me and my family ever vacationed at. We all had a great time and everything about the house was as advertised, beautiful all the way thru. The Host, Simone was Great. She made sure we all had a perfect stay and had everything we need at the house. Even though I didn't have to get in touch with her with any problems, its always good knowing we could get in touch with here 24/7 if needed. We had a fantastic stay! The property manager reached out ahead of time and was very responsive — quick to answer any questions I had. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly as pictured. We had seven adults and four kids under three, and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.The view was absolutely stunning — one of the first things you notice when you walk in. The living area was large enough for all of us to relax and enjoy a full day of college football together. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house with no dead spots, which was a nice bonus.All in all, a great property and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lake house on Lake Chatuge! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay.One of the biggest highlights was the deck and private dock – perfect for morning coffee, fishing, swimming, or just soaking in the peaceful vibes.Inside, the home was cozy and modern with great amenities – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a game room that the kids (and adults!) loved.
