135 Damfiwill - 2 bedroom / 3 Bath - dock for boat - Pet Friendly!
Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/3 bath single family home located on a deep-water canal with dock, lift and quick easy access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. This home is completely equipped for comfort and a carefree Boca Grande vacation offering full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 4 flat screen TV's, vaulted ceilings and relaxing outdoor screened porch. The main level master bedroom offers a king bed, the second floor guest bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and provides a queen bed as well as a twin trundle for an additional sleeping option. The ground level den provides a full size sofa sleeper, full bath, TV and wet bar with direct access to the patio and boat dock. Enjoy the bayou views, nearby the historic Village of Boca Grande and our beautiful beaches. The deep water dockage will handle up to 22' boat. There is NO lift.
Minmum nights 3 - 7 depending on month of the year.
Note: Pontoon Boats or Boats larger than 23' will not fit at this house.
THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY – YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION TO BRING (1) PET. WE NEED BREED & SIZE/WEIGHT. A $350.00 PET FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE) WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION.
