The Flamingo Ranch is the perfect home away from home.

The perfect family home that has a pack and play, booster seat beach chairs, toys and umbrella. The home is located three miles from the famous speedway and best beach in the world. Come visit great restaurants, tanger outlets and entertainment all within a five mile radius.

This home sleeps 6. There are two queen beds and a pull out couch. The extra living room has a door so you can sleep in quiet on the pullout couch. There is a large driveway with room for a truck and trailer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put sheets in washer and start wash. Put used towels in bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If there is evidence of smoking on premises you will be charged $250 cleaning fee. If there is a pet brought to the home there is $150 cleaning fee.
If you flush anything down the toilet that is not toilet paper (tampons, baby wipes). You will be charged the plumber fee, usually starts at $400.

National High School Drill Championship trip

Cozy. Extremely clean beach home. Quiet neighborhood. Location was convenient to the Ocean Center for competition. Host was quick to reply. Just all around great place to stay. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous little cozy, home away from home

The Flamingo Ranch is a fabulous little house. All the amenities to make the trip great. Communication with owner was top notch. We had an issue with the bathroom drains on night 2 & messaged owner, & within 45 mins someone was there to address the problem, & cleaned up the bathroom after the repair was made. Recommend this little cozy house to anyone, I will definitely look up this one again when I return! Thanks for a great stay.
